This stunning property exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect - close enough to everything I wanted to see while still offering tranquility and a bush setting.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and
despite the cooler weather outside, the tent remained wonderfully warm and cozy throughout the night.
Every aspect of the Bay of Fires Bush Retreat was of a high quality.
They also have a great choice of chef-made heat and serve food, Tasmanian Craft Beers, and Wines
If you want a premium experience in a perfect location, don't hesitate to book this gem.

Our stay at Bay of Fires Bush Retreat was nothing short of magical. We stayed in one of the beautiful bell tents, and it was absolutely immaculate — from the crisp white sheets to the little touches like heaters that kept us warm and cosy through the night.

We travelled with another couple and spent the evenings sitting around the bonfire, toasting marshmallows (which were generously left as a gift in our tent!). The bell tents themselves were incredibly spacious and beautifully styled, blending comfort with the feeling of being close to nature.

The retreat as a whole was spotless and so thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast in the morning was a real treat — served on a rustic board, delicious and hearty, the perfect start to a day of exploring.

But the true highlight was stepping outside at night and seeing a million stars stretching across the sky — it was absolutely surreal, something we will never forget.

The staff were wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making sure our stay was special.

We can’t wait to come back — Bay of Fires Bush Retreat truly is a little slice of paradise.

What an amazing place tucked away in the bush. Glamping in style. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed some delicious meals. The hosts were extremely friendly and informative. Thank you Jane and Megan. We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay in the bush! Peaceful night sleep after enjoying the campfire and food & wine on offer (noting you can bring your own too). We met some lovely fellow travellers and the local bushtail possum also paid a visit (not to the tent!) Bathrooms very clean and close by to tents. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible! I was looking for a quiet getaway and a unique experience. And I got exactly that plus more. The property is stunning, epic location, the tent was super comfortable & luxe. Better than most hotel rooms! I had the best stay. Customer service is next level, you really get looked after. Everything you need for a comfortable, quality stay is provided. I'm already planning my next trip back. Highly recommend Bay Of Fires Bush Retreat if you are looking for a unique experience.

A beautifully designed and relaxing place to stay. Very special, welcoming common area for cooking and eating. We ordered the breakfast boards which were a delicious array of food. Firepits to use (marshmallows supplied !) and the sleeping accommodations were so good. A very special stay on our trip to Tasmania. Staff were so helpful, location very convenient for Bay of Fires beaches. Thank you. We loved it here

We had an incredible 3-night stay at the Bush Retreat. It was the perfect base to explore Bay of Fires!
We stayed in one of their beautiful bell tents, surrounded by nature, which made the experience even more special…the perfect place to unwind, disconnect and enjoy! The location is great 😄

We had the most perfect 40th birthday celebration at the Bush Retreat. The whole site is beautiful! Anna made arrangements so easy, and was super helpful and friendly. A special memory we won't forget and will be talked about for the rest of our lives. Amazing venue for a special event or stay!
