It was one of our best stays with the best beach view and value for money comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out .Wonderful hosts who took the efforts to give back our ear pods we left behind. Amazing a memorable stay though short it was worthwhile!! Thank you!!

I have just spent 2 nights at this place ☹️
It needs a lot of work 🫣
The best thing about it was the location.
Pillows are so old they have no filling.
Bedding also very old and worn.
Place was tidy and kind of clean.
After coming back from an outing we were faced with a ladder in the middle of the unit, workmen had been and were still doing some cabling installation, therefore we didn't have access/privacy to our room.
There was no warning or explanation from the owner about this happening. When questioned he became very angry and uncooperative.
He said that in his terms and conditions it states he can access the unit at anytime without having to notify us. We scanned the terms and conditions and could not find anything about this.
We asked him to show us where it says this and he refused.

We asked for a 10am check out (their required check is 9am. If late a $50.00 debit would be taken from our cc) in lieu of the afternoon interruption to our room, we were given a flat NO.
Do yourselves a favour find somewhere else to stay in Denham.

Stayed in the three bedroom poolside apartment with family. Apartment was everything we needed... beds were comfortable, fully self contained kitchen was spotlessly clean with brand new appliances. Aircon kept unit at a great temp when it was 40° outside. Best location and apartment complex had wonderful outdoor areas including BBQ spaces and a communal pizza oven. Owners were great to deal with and very accommodating. Awesome value for money. Will definitely be back.

I stayed here for four days to have a break from travelling. The ocean view room was clean and very comfortable. Had all amenities a self contained unit needs. Ocean out the front pool out back laundry. |A daily view of emus walking past as you sit out the front.|Room had double and single bed |I found the owner to be very polite and helpful in extending my stay

Loved the area, pool was nice, very friendly staff. Room was good for the price, not luxury but wasn’t expected. WiFi didn’t reach the room which was annoying.

WORST STAY PLEASE READ
we booked our stay for 5 days, ended up only staying 3. Couldn’t stand it any longer, pillows are so flat. No water pressure in the shower. No hot water in the sink. Stove top smokes when using it because of all the old build up. Sand in the bed and on the bed. Toilet paper is extremely bad quality. Walls are paper thin, Laundry smells like curry, washing machines dirty, no washing detergent. Couldn’t get a refund for it, managers attitude sucks. Do not stay here seriously.

Location is great right across from beach.
However as we arrived. Bedding was slightly damp - old grumpy lady said it was humidity and the aircon ( wasn’t humid and aircon was off) not sure how that would have affected bedding. Tv remote was broken - tried to be blamed for it although we only had been there 2 minutes. Shower tap was leaking. Aircon stopped working after an hour.
Went and addressed to older lady (owner I think) and she was plain rude and didn’t want a bar of helping.
However as we almost had enough found a lovely guy who was happy to help and fix aircon late at night. Other then these few things is a nice play to stay but I think the rooms need some maintenance and modernising. Please replace pillows and bedding 🙏🏻 also please fix check in process - leaving customers details and names on front window of reception is appalling.
