Maryann & Jose were very warm and friendly hosts. They were very accommodating with an extra day provided on short notice. The rooms were very clean and no carpet which meant the rooms were dust free and easy to keep germ free. Breakfast was varied and delicious. We highly recommend this lovely place. Gabby and Geoff

We have stayed at a number of motels on our road trips and we regard this one as one of the best. Good value for money and we were surprised by the inclusion of breakfast. It was very clean and bright. The staff were very friendly.
We will definitely be back in the future.

This place was amazing!!! The rooms were super clean, the bed was so comfy and the room delivered warm breakfast was outstanding. This is a must stay place and we will definitely be back when travelling down this way again.

This is a little gem! Everyone has been so very friendly, room was beautifully cleaned and the shower hot and strong! The bed was really comfortable and its lovely and quiet-
Breakfast was restaurant quality (5 stars for that!)
Easy to find and close to the Bowling club for a nice dinner. Great value for money!
I have stayed in expensive hotels not as nice as this one- give it a go!?

I’m not usually one to write reviews but we were so impressed with our stay I feel I need to take the time to do this one!
We needed a place to stay out of the rain instead of our tent for the night and came across this little gem after reading their amazing review’s online, they did not disappoint. Our check in was last minute but so easy and friendly, the breakfast was amazing to wake up to, we then decided to go grab a coffee from the cafe after check out! Clean rooms, that have been recently renovated, great clean shower, comfortable beds and pillows, amazing quality for price!

I do agree with other visitors that Bay House Motel is a little gem. Excellent communication with Jose and Maryann. Comfy modernised compact room and bathroom was exceptionally clean with great water pressure in the shower. We will definitely stay again. Delicious breakfast served punctually. Great location as close to the sea and very quiet for a peaceful sleep.

Great location just across the road from the beach and attached to a fantastic café which supplies the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The room had been recently renovated - it was very clean, tastefully decorated with plenty of space. The bed, pillows and linen were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Owners were onsite and friendly. They were happy for us to leave our car in the car park after check out whilst we went for a walk along the beach path up to the lookout point. Great value for money and would definitely return.

We just stayed a third time at Bay House Motel. It’s been lovely every time - simple but well designed and recently renovated rooms and across the road from the beach. It’s spotlessly clean and the owners are so friendly & helpful - they even rang to tell us when we left a charging cable behind. The rate also includes free parking and several options for a yummy, cafe style breakfast. Best place on this part of the central coast.
