The hosts were really helpful and directed us to some awesome places to visit.
All good except some teenagers getting hot and heavy in the pool while my young kids were swimming and my wife and I relaxed poolside; definitely not the owners or managers fault of course!!
Otherwise clean and real handy to shops etc.
Downstairs aircon didn’t work as well as we would have liked during the hot weather when we visited but bedroom aircons were fine.
It was excellent value for money we think.

Was very unsatisfied with my visit was supposed to be my safe place for myself and my son yet to find a needle, baggy with some sort of drug and jetty lighter along with a lovely wasp nest i am beyond disgusted how the room was left for us to enter the cleaning is very poorly and not done well my son and myself were in danger ‼️ and they aren’t even gonna take any further action to it it’s a common thing for them they say… beyond disgusted and a joke i highly do not recommend not safe for your kids to be around!

What a lovely place. We stayed in a studio apartment and it was large. Bedroom and bathroom open plan loft style up stairs. Kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge downstairs. Large lovely backyard garden. Place was clean and everything you needed was there and lovely to see a large screen tv of good quality in the lounge. The property had a lovely pool and undercover bbq and undercover parking at each unit for a car.

Here for contracted work for a month, I was placed in this apartment by my agency in a 3-bedroom apartment quite close to the roundabout (ie deep in the complex) and it was a very comfortable and quiet home away from home.||||As I only needed two bedrooms, the third was locked and unfortunately during the first night, the alarm clock in that locked bedroom started buzzing (very loudly) at exactly midnight. The manager, later found to be living on site, was swift to come unlock the door to the room to shut it down, thankfully. Apart from that, I found the unit quite comfortable. Great living space with comfortable couch and good selection of cable TV channels. Good dining area in the open-plan space. Clean kitchen. The ensuite shower was small but I had the larger second bathroom for a bigger shower space. Air con in the living room and all the bedrooms; they were made to work as it was really quite hot during the first two weeks. Bed was just sufficient; some springs looser than others. TV in master bedroom.||||The garage space was really quite tight; I spent the last week parking my car out in the uncovered visitor's parking space.||||The apartment was self-contained and housekeeping was non-existent. Cleaners simply did NOT clean. The pool/BBQ area is at best ornamental; no-one used it. I was tempted, but I didn't in the end. I wish salt/pepper/cooking oil could be provided in any self-contained apartment. The kitchen-ware could be a bit better supplied. I left quite a bit of food behind, mainly sauces, as well as Glad-wrap/foils, etc.||||The apartment complex was across the road from Woolworth and ~5-10 minutes drive from good beach.||||The aforementioned manager was friendly. Front reception acts as concierge and helped me with my mail, signing in parcels for me, which was great.||||It was great value, knowing how much they charged. I would recommend this apartment for a medium-long term stay.

As usual, the website portrays the property in the best possible light. The managers were helpful and obliging. The pool was pleasant but could have done with a clean. Just appears plonked in a fenced grassed area with minimal shade and some basic gardens. The communal barbecue area lacked a sink/access to water and even a garbage bin. The unit seemed to be lacking in maintenance e.g. burn hole in bedroom carpet, shower tap fell off the wall. The unit itself was well-equipped. Staying here again would be hugely dependent on what the rate for the stay would be...possibly better value elsewhere.

Helpful staff, well kept very clean apartments, friendly owners who are very accommodating, swimming pool is immaculate. Great location with one minute walk to shops and very cheap cab ride to esplanade. Also able to hire bikes for cheap price if you don’t drive. Love staying here would highly recommend the resort.

Had a 6 week work contract booked by work and was kicker out because I drive a Motorhome. Plenty of parking, manager very rude. I was hardly there due to taking my Motorhome to work and trips away on days off. No maintenance as lots of things needed fixing and crockery and cutlery looked like it came from the op shop. The pool was dirty with leaves and no evidence of being cleaned. Have to provide own toilet paper.
