We had a joint 9th birthday party for my son and nephew. The party started off ok, a little disorganized, but a lot was going on at the venue with only two staff and we were more than understanding of the delay in play. The first round went ok but as the kids played the second game and the younger employee left the man that was running the party started showing irritation towards the children. He had obviously over booked for the day (as he mentioned to me numerous times how busy the day was with 5 parties). It was a hot day but he showed little to no patience with the kids. At one point he stood in the gaming area yelling as a sticky taped part/flap on the coin spiral machine had fallen off. The icing on the cake was when he made my son cry as he couldn’t get his gun to reload he yelled at him and told him he couldn’t play anymore ( the party I had just paid for) The equipment played up numerous times for the kids and they were made feel stupid and a pain for asking about it. These are all well mannered well behaved kids that were excited to celebrate a birthday party. I loaded the party kids all in the car and went back in and told this man that it is never ok to yell at a child and would never put up with anyone treating my children or children in my care like this. Extremely disappointed and disgusted will definitely not be going back.

Great fun! Turned up last Sunday without a booking and were accommodated at short notice, great layout accessible to kids of all ages. Negative reviews on here seem to be from a single group who felt entitled to a group discount by default, not how business works folks! We’ll be back over the next few weeks due to sporting commitments in the area and we will go here again, thanks for a great day!

We had so much fun if you have never done this before its a must we had a 14th birthday party hear and would reccomend this place to have it thanks to the bathurst laser skimish for making this possible will deffinatly come back thanks heaps 😉

My kids have been going with friends for awhile, so decided to take the younger ones and see why they love it so much!
They had a ball, I’ve been reading the reviews from the last to months and was put off due to the negative ones, but truely wasn’t like that at all, the guy I had was friendly and accommodating, he explained the games clearly, and all the kids had a blast! Everything was clean and tidy! We played 3 round and it kept the kids entertained! I highly recommend not ready the negative reviews and just giving this place ago (I’m so happy I did)

Fun activity in a basic facility. Doesn't have the individual scoring and stats you might have seen in other places but the folks are nice, the snacks are reasonably priced and the kids all had a great time. Recently expanded to include some outdoor space.

Had a lot of fun here for a children's 6th birthday party. Adults & kids both played, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Great price for the 3 rounds played. Party space is a little small if you have a large group - but you'll probably be playing skirmish most of time there anyway. I'm sure we'll be back again.
