It was a nice accommodation..owner was quite good, charming and helpful..kitchen, bathroom, and washroom were shared which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking confirmation or on the website..no cupboard in the room..it was very near to Phillip Island and it took us just 15 20 minutes to reach there..

Nice place to stay , quite and peaceful at night . In the morning you can see horse , the owner also friendly easy to deal.. for sure i will go again at this place.. you guys also should try it.. ❤️

We arrived and had a text to say the key was under a dirty seat of a chair at the front door, let ourselves in room very basic,not even a chair, an old TV which needed a top box and was still unwatchable, the place was filthy someone turned up in morning ask iff we enjoyed I told her no the dog that was left there had been noisy all night she told me I could of stayed somewhere more expensive that I got what I paid for.

Bien pcq nous étions les seuls mais sinon 1 sde avec toilettes à partager pour 4 chambres de 2...Je vous laisse imaginer!
Emplacement très correct pour Philip Island mais pour le petit déjeuner...pas grand chose: pain-, crumpets- céréales. Pas de cafetière et ni beurre, ni confiture. Un gros pot de margarine bien entamé.
Sinon literie propre - linge de toilette propre - sanitaires propres.
