We recently got married at Barton Park after my husbands family have been holidaying there for years and it was a dream come true. The venue is BEAUTIFUL but the staff are even better. Karen and Bruce run such an excellent venue, they take the time to know each couple and really went above and beyond to make our day special. Karen made sure we had everything we needed and they made the venue perfect, blowing leaves and mowing the lawns the morning of our wedding so it was perfection. Being able to stay at the school house is so special too, and it’s fully decked out with everything you could need. We could not recommend this venue more, honestly!!! Absolutely made our wedding.

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day than the one we had at Barton Park Events this April.

From the moment we started planning, Karen was incredibly helpful, offering fantastic ideas for layout, guidance on packages, and information about the items we could hire.

The team went above and beyond to prepare the lawn area beautifully, creating the most picturesque setting for our special day. They were also on hand throughout to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The venue captured the essence of the perfect Aussie country barn we had always dreamed of, and our guests haven't stopped raving about how much they loved it. Thank you, Barton Park Events, for making our wedding day unforgettable!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Barton Park in 2023. I wanted a picture perfect, manicured lawn, white wedding where as my wife wanted the rustic charm of a farm style wedding - Karen and Brooke went out of their way to make sure we got the best of both worlds! Our ceremony was on the lawn, with white furniture, drinks and pink lemonade served by Barton Park Bar staff on the lawn after as we went and took (breathtaking) photos. Then we had our reception in the WedShed with vintage couches, festoon lights, a live band and again, a combination of sit down and cocktail style seating, to allow us the best of both worlds. We were able to choose our own catering and we were able to BYO our own alcohol which Karen and her staff managed and served through their Alfie Baa (which is such a vibe!) We found this to be extremely cost effective vs the drinks packages we were offered at other venues. They also have their own really nice toilets at the Wedshed so no need to hire in portaloos as most other venues of similar styles require which also saved us money.

Being an events coordinator myself, I was so impressed by both the flexibility and attention to detail Karen and Brooke had in the lead up to and on the day of the wedding. They were the perfect combination of hands on / off. They allowed us to be involved in everything so we could truly make the day reflective of us a couple so it was unique and one of a kind. Every couple's dream!

Having their gorgeous cottage onsite was so perfect, not just so we were able to be on site the day before to set up, have rehearsals, prep the wedding parties, touch up make up/hair during the reception etc but also so we, as newlyweds, didn't have to travel anywhere at the end of the wedding night and could stay right there, soaking up every drop of the magic!

Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! I don't normally do reviews but I had to to show our gratitude for Barton Park. If you're looking for a stunning all in one venue with a team that goes above and beyond to make your wedding dreams come true, you've found your place.

We recently had our wedding at Barton Park Events and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The ceremony on the lawn followed by reception in the Wed-shed was absolutely perfect and exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. All of our guests loved our wedding and couldn’t stop mentioning how great the venue was! All of the staff at Barton Park Events were professional and went over and above to make our day perfect. Where to begin with Barton Park – WHAT AN AMAZING VENUE and not just that, the owners and staff go above and beyond to make your day unforgettable. From the first enquiry to our wedding day, they were so warm, welcoming and helpful.
Karen & Bruce make the whole process stress free and easy. From having the week prior to set up and drop items off at our own free will and to set everything up exactly how we spoke about made the whole day even more relaxing knowing it was in good hands. The amount of items at your disposal included in the package or to hire right at your fingertips without having to travel far and wide was so very helpful.
The relaxed laid-back nature of the venue – with its many different areas to hold your ceremony and/or reception makes it easy to find an area that is perfect for you.
Alfie the farm baa was our chosen drinks service for the night – we supplied the drinks and that is as easy as it was, Karen and her staff did the rest for us making it seamless. Cocktails, specific drinks to come out at a certain time – nothing was too hard or too much of an ask.
I wish there were a higher rating than 5 because this venue deserves more. I cannot recommend it enough. It was the most amazing day for us at the perfect venue!!

We had our wedding here on the weekend and it was perfect in every way! We had our ceremony in the bushland ceremony area which was perfect, and our reception in the WedShed. Karen and Bruce and their family go the extra mile to ensure it is a great night for all.

It was a laid back venue where we were allowed to come and set up a couple days before, and take our time to pack up after. There are heaps of styling options on site that we could choose from to use for our wedding decor which was great as it saved us having to source and transport lots of decor items from Perth.

We used Alfie the Farm Baa for our bar service, and they did an awesome job serving all our guests and we loved that we could choose the drinks we supplied for the wedding. The bar staff did a great job of serving espresso martinis at our chosen time, and we are so grateful for being able to do that as it made our wedding special and fun!

The scenery is beautiful and all our guests were excited to be come out to experience our farm wedding. The venue includes accommodation at the school house on site, which was handy to use for bridal prep and to be able to have an area to freshen up etc during the day. We also loved that we had a very short walk to come home at the end of the wedding!

My wife and I were married at Barton Park just a few days ago, and we couldn't be happier. Karen and Bruce were a pleasure to work with, extremely accommodating and helpful with making our wedding special.

Our wedding was small, but Karen and her staff were extremely professional, approachable, and warm through the whole set up and production. The modular approach to their set-up allows you to play and shape the venue to suit your needs. Karen offered good suggestions on what was popular and how they've run events in the past and allowed us to swap or change things to our desired effect. In the end, we used their canvas to paint a picture that will last forever in our hearts.

With the package we bought, we were also allowed to stay in the venue in the old school house, which has been renovated into a classy, classic homestead two bedroom home. This helped us immensely, as my wife and I didn't need to travel far to get to our ceremony, it was right at our doorstep! Even without our wedding, this would still be a great place to come and stay for a few days to decompress and relax away from the city, feed the llamas, and look across the open farmland.

We are extremely happy that we chose this venue. It was an absolute pleasure through the whole experience. A real diamond in the rough.
