Better than the photos. We were immediately taken with the character of the cottage, and enjoyed undisturbed use of the barn from start to finish. There was no place we didn't feel like we were on holiday, and having had an eventful weekend we found the barn a fantastic place to return to for unwinding. If there weren't a clock, I doubt enough pressure might have been on us to wake up before checkout time. The owners have diligently developed a unique atmosphere from the ground up, and while there are many cottage inspired B&Bs, there is only one BBB&B.
Expectations roundly exceeded. We both haven't felt so refreshed in years.

A beautiful little spot close to Angaston, Tununda and Nuriootpa. Very cozy, with great service. Not many amenities for long stays, but that is clearly advertised when booking. An old building with lots of character with modern fittings for comfort. Julie and Neil are very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we were well looked after throughout the stay.

We booked for a weekend then due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to attended we had paid in full given a months notice that we would not be able to travel and requested a refund which was refused. Then we checked if there were any vacancies on the weekend we had paid for and were advised that they had not rooms available. I call this disgusting that people are so greedy and dishonest that they would not refund a full payment and then relet the room and have a double dip. Would never recommend any dealings with this property
