A lovely campsite with clean facilities and a welcoming host. While it’s not centrally located, it’s conveniently close to the airport, just a 20-30 minute drive from the city.
The price was reasonable—we paid $59 for a powered site at the last minute and really appreciated that they fit us in despite being quite busy. The area is quiet and feels very safe.
If you’re a whisky lover, Sullivan’s Distillery is just around the corner, making this a great stop.

Stayed at Barilla on the monday night of march long weekend. Staff were absolutely amazing giving us directions over the phone as we took a wrong turn. Room was clean and bed was comfortable along with parking right at the door. Park is tidy and we had a peaceful night. From Cheryl and Martin right down to the lovely cheerful cleaning lady who chatted to us next morning this park deserves A+A+A+ Great place to stay with good prices and well worth checking out ...

Reasonably quiet good value and trust me we walked out on 2 places. Great place close to everywhere easy access .
great restaraunt pity its only open 5 nights.
Was advised pool wont be available anymore due to insurance costs.
Was expensive for laundry $5 / machine and drier needed 2 runs ,yes i clean filters.
Staff great friendly.
Units/cabins good clean comfy.

Great campsite. Good amenties - excellent showers. Good setting and layout of camping and powered sites. On-site Thai restaurant is amazing but make sure you check their opening times and or book. Close enough to Hobart city for city visits without the hustle-bustle of staying in the city. Close to beautiful Richmond for a day visit.

One of the best sites for camping. Location was excellent, 5 min. to Cambridge shopping centre & max. 10-15min. to city using the highway..
We stayed at a powered camp site. They have a camp kitchen with 5 burner gas stove for all patrons to use until 12am everyday. 2 fridges to place your cold items in (Generally full, because of the capacity of people enjoying their holidays) The kitchen also has a microwave, & a ready to drink coffee machine yielding instant coffee for $2. They also have a shower facility (X4) with (X4) toilets &, a coin operated laundry area. There is even a BBQ area that is coin operated $1 for 17min. although we didn’t end up using it. Overall, every basic necessity was available at your door step. Highly recommend staying at this site for the ease & convenience of location, & facilities.
It felt almost like home away from home.. (We lived only 10min. away from the site)

Second stay here, rooms are dated but everything very clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple of days. Restaurant was very good. Grounds well maintained and neat. Staff friendly and helpful.

An average caravan park. The sites were ok and neatly bordered by hedges. The sites had synthetic grass which was good but the rest was dirt and quite dusty. The biggest failure was the lack of toilets. They had some converted water tanks that provided showers and toilets and a shower toilet block but only a few toilets. Most mornings you had to wait. Didn’t seem enough to match the people.
