My two friends and I stayed in Apartment 19. The view was amazing and we enjoyed breakfast and afternoon drinks on the large verandah.|The interior of the apartment needs some tlc though. The toilet seats in both the main bathroom and en-suite were broken. The shelves in the two smaller bedrooms had mould on them and the throws and cushions on the lounge definitely need a wash.|Location wise, Bargara Blue was 5 star perfect. It was close to restaurants and the beach. However the lack of maintenance let it down.

The location is amazing, Close to everything you need when you’re on a holiday. The apartments are clean and spacious. Value for money. This is definitely going to be ‘my go to’ accommodation when I’m in Bargara! The managers are not only friendly but extremely helpful. I loved the fact the managers put a reminder of checklist of items that guests normally leave behind and a short summary of places of interest. Definitely added the extra personal touch.

The apartment was well appointed clean and fresh.|Nothing was a problem for hosts Viv and John, with John making sure that my over height 4 wheel drive had a car spot available during our stay.|We will definitely be back to enjoy your hospitality and beautiful town.

Thank you to the great manager of this property who sorted a Booking.com double up error so we had accommodation for our trip. It could have been disastrous with us left with no where to stay in the area during peak season. Much appreciated!!

This accommodation is a good place to stay in Bargara. We were going over to Lady Musgrave Island so stayed here two nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment as we were a family of 5. The apartment was very spacious, with a nice view outside to the Great Sandy Straits waterfront. It had all facilities, however it could do with an refurbish one of these soon days. The only downside was that there was only one airconditioning unit for the three bedrooms and it is in the living room. That worked for the main bedroom as it was off the living room if you left the door open. That meant no privacy if others were watching TV. The other two bedrooms were at the other end of the apartment, so they had to make do with the fans. It was very hot and humid during our stay so we appreciated the airconditioning. It is only a 10 minute or so walk into the main part of town.

I was very disappointed to see the accommodation was infested with cockroaches in various sizes. The bathroom door has mould at the bottom. The place was dusty and smelled stale. It needs a good general clean.
The staff were all fantastic.

I checked in late and when I arrived in the room I was pretty disappointed for the price. A lot of the tiles are missing grout so the tiles move in some cases, remote for the tv in the main room did not work (probably flat batteries), very very basic. I am not sure how old the property is but the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Very old tiles, spa, fittings and just in general an old property. Definitely not worth the $259 for one night.
