I have been here a few times for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The atmosphere is amazing, very clean and nice decorations. Great customer service and staff are always happy to answer any questions. Now, the food.... IT'S DELICIOUS, TASTES AMAZING & SO FRESH! Love this place for summer nights to enjoy a drink or two by the water.

I had my 40th Birthday at Bare Witness and it was such a beautiful venue. My theme was Parisian and the hanging flowers of the venue matched perfectly. Dealing with Jane was a breeze and Chris on the actual night of the event was amazing and my event ran so smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone who is needing a venue for their function to book here as it also has amazing views of the water. Food was delicious.

I have there twice since they have beautiful view and atmosphere.
The flat white and tiramisu is delicious, but unfortunately the french toast was not as I thought, it would be tasty if you like a lot of peanut butter.

The place is beautiful, and the coffee and banana bread are very delicious. The location, space, and staff are excellent, but there's something missing. I believe rearranging the space to make it cozier and warmer would help, as it's currently too traditionally arranged to make you want to stay. Given the size of the place, comfortable seating and varied setups would encourage repeat visits. While I enjoyed my experience, I’m unlikely to return because I'm very selective; the ambiance of a place matters to me more than anything else.

I’m a big fan of this brunch spot so was very excited to try their new dinner menu! The highlight was the truffle mushroom pappardelle pasta which had so much flavour, as well as the blue swimmer crab ravioli which was very comforting and tasty. They also have great range of entrees, drinks and desserts- loved their tiramisu. This restaurant has great vibes and waterfront views, perfect for a group dinner or date night.

First time here was a birthday dinner.
The venue is easy to find and easily accessible. Parking may be difficult to find despite the abundance of nearby spots.
We booked for 5:30pm, around dusk. Due to the seating arrangements, the large windows and lack of shade we found facing the sunset quite uncomfortable. Whilst the view is lovely, changing the seating around could offer more options. Half our table had to wear sunglasses the whole meal despite the window coverings being drawn.
I’d imagined the venue would have a great offering for dinner given the location however there were a paltry 5 pasta dishes for dinner. Just 5. Even at a table of six, we had repeats. The pasta wasn’t particularly special either. It wasn’t bad, just fine.
We also ordered cocktails each which were very good and a few starters. The bread was nice but very small serve for a share plate.
Service was fine, staff were lovely.
The venue, particularly the overhead decorations could use dusting. The seating, as mentioned could be improved and given the floor area could offer more intimate dining. It feels more like a breakfast joint that offers later meals than somewhere to have a nice dinner next to the river while the sun sets. Better sun protection over the windows would do wonders.

I had a wonderful experience at Bare Witness for breakfast. The customer service is very friendly and helpful! I love the view they have of the river and the interior is well designed with flowers. ?

My meal was very delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly as it was soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. The scrambled eggs was cooked perfectly. The chorizo had a tasty flavour. The salmon tasted fresh. ?

The taro latte was delightful and very generous serving. The juices here are my favourite! The watermelon, apple and beetroot juice is a must try. ?

Thank you Chris (the manager) for creating a positive and welcoming experience at Bare Witness. ?

I highly recommend to try this cafe! ☕️ ✨

Hands down, one of the best cafes in Rhodes with views of Parramatta River. It's been around for years and despite the menu changing, the food is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Great selection of mocktails, smoothies, juices and cocktails too.
