I visited Bardali Function Centre on two consecutive Saturdays and was disappointed both times. The atmosphere was dull and lifeless. Some entrées were just okay, but the main course was awful—low-quality rice, smelly mutton, and overall tasteless food. Service was poor, and the staff seemed inattentive.

A major letdown was the food service. Guests had to queue in long lines, while a waiter slowly refilled the chafing dishes using a small bowl every couple of minutes. It gave off a stingy vibe and made the whole dining experience feel poorly managed and frustrating.

The venue is also not family-friendly—no lift access for prams, no feeding or changing areas, and dirty bathrooms. Overall, this place lacks basic hospitality and comfort. If you have other options, it’s best to avoid Bardali altogether.

They usually look understaffed but the service standard is good. The food is yummy and enough for all guests. The sound system is good for the space. The bar is stocked and overall the vibe is good. Would recommend.

All guest were amazed by the taste of food and service..

I heard and had good experience while visiting here previously unfortunately when I booked venue for the function it wasn’t what I was expecting. As I was busy with other things I didn’t got time to see everything. I overlooked some of the things but it was really a bad experience as the staff were really bad as they were not filling enough food for my guests, when requested they were not filling enough food and drinks. On top of that the food that was served was not of top quality the food was gone bad samosa chat* that was gone bad still they served. When told they did nothing about it. Me and my guests were disappointed immensely after this event. I really hope that you check the quality check before you serve the meal rather than selling the rotten stuff.
