Awesome! 3 Night Stay in the pub was great! Staff were friendly.. Food was Great! Had a win on the Pokies and loved having a yarn with the locals. Loved it! Highly Recommend it!

Rissoles and arancini balls on Sunday were pretty bland, but came with plenty of salad/veg. 15percent surcharge for the public holiday Monday seems a bit steep but the snitty burger was excellent as well as good value.|Staff were all friendly and efficient.

Couple truckies rolled in for a feed and a beer, went to order and had 2 mins before kitchen closed. Got 5 delicious parmis and 15mins later, another truckie rocked up, kitchen closed but still managed to get a good feed. Great place. Great food and great staff. A lot of other places would have said kitchens closed, no order.

I stayed here for a night on my return from Longreach. Gary the publican was friendly, his cooking was really good. I found the pub atmosphere to be friendly, non aggressive, and the locals were really open for a chat. The beers, and pokies made a great late afternoon, evening in. The accommodation was cheap, the rooms were near, tidy and the air con was fantastic!
I'll definitely be staying their again .

Nice country style pub with friendly staff. Beer garden out back. We had pork ribs & grilled barra, chips & salad that included pineapple & beetroot. Great to see this added. Reasonable price $51.

Dropped in for dinner a week or so ago. Very friendly staff and locals. Food was ok but not outstanding. Would be greatly improved if there weren't TAB screens, poker machines and Keno betting cards wherever you looked.

Very ordinary service, staff were to busy talking to others and joking around to be bothered actually serving out of town customers, I will add those food was good, it's been 41 years since I lived here and was told it's all about looking after the tourists now but obviously not .
