Came here for a Sunday lunch for 2. Got a Gin Mule (not pictured) that was delicious and refreshing. We loved the food!!! The pizza was definitely made with love. I couldn’t fault the food at all. And the staff were very friendly & professional. The location and interior made a lovely impression on us too. Will definitely be coming back soon and looking forward to trying more of the menu!!!

Definitely a favourite of mine and my girlfriend. Been here several times since they have opened. Never failed to leave without being satisfied and impressed.

Nice range of choices of pasta and pizza. Don’t over complicate their dishes and keep them straight forward.

The restaurant is a lovely setting, tasteful and appropriate to the Italian setting.

A great addition to the cafes and restaurants around Meadowbank.
Oh and definitely recommend the pistachio tiramisu subtle and creamy(and a bit crunchy)

Beautiful interiors and great service.
Unfortunately the dishes were a hit or miss.
- Buffalo mozzarella, it tastes like it was bought from a supermarket, it's firm and hard and served with tomato and cooked eggplant, I've had better buffalo mozzarella. Not like the ones from other Italian restaurants which are creamy and soft
- Spaghetti vongole (seafood) was tasty, protein well cooked, the pasta itself is cooked al dente
- Gnocchi, avoid this dish. Good gnocchi should be pillowy soft, these were doughy and firm not good at all. The sauce was tasty.
- Cannoli for dessert, the cream was firm and grainy, and the pastry was too hard. Don't recommend
- Pistachio tiramisu, beautifully presented - a must order dish. It is well balanced and not too sweet. It's a legitimate Italian style tiramisu in that the base is not soggy. Served with a custard and mascarpone. The best Italian tiramisu I've had in Sydney is from La Bufala. Their mascarpone is whipped and every so light.
All in all, an alright dinner but I wouldn't be rushing back. The venue is beautiful, service is good, but the dishes we ordered is just average. There is much better Italian food found at Grappa, Oliveto, La Bufalo. These places have a legitimate Italian taste.

Wednesday night, one floor staff and guessing a manager (the guy). Offering pathetic service. Pointed to where to sit and didn’t walk us to the table and instantly I was like hummm okay. Order food showed him a photo from there Instagram and wanted that pasta and his like yep yep no problem.

Wanted to order drinks before food comes and asked if we could grab 2 whiskey neat and he said oh sorry we can’t do alcohol other than wine because our bartender is sick! And I was like what? You can’t find the bottle and pour a shot in a glass I was like cool I get a non alcoholic ginger and he like ohhh I sorry we don’t have that in stock we have a massive event last night finished at 2am that’s why the bartender is sick and at this point I’ve given up. Why were we not informed before ordering food!?

Food comes and I’m like where is the pasta I order with u and he like ohhh we don’t have they kind of pasta so we used a different one now. Even though I showed the photo on instagram and he like okay. What the hell is this service. Food was not great at all very blend. The only good thing was the mushroom pizza and short ribs. We were still little hungry so asked for the menu. I ask the other waiter twice and twice she ignore and walks away and I’m just like how is this even possible. Reordered with the guy again for another pizza and after 20 minutes they brighten us a risotto and I asked we ordered and pizza and he didn’t even apologise he made a mistake and just said we will remake!!! At that point we were just feed up and wanted to leave. The pasta they missed up was taken off the bill even tho we didn’t have much of it and it was just complete jokes dining there.

Will not recommend. Pathetic service

Ordered the Gamberi pizza and the Porchetta, and we were so disappointed. The pizza was bland, with sparse toppings that tasted like just sauce on wood-fired bread. Then the porchetta arrived, and it was ice-cold in the center. After notifying the server, he took it away and later returned with a replacement. While the porchetta was cooked properly this time, it was obvious the potato wedges were reused and reheated from the first dish—burnt to a crisp! The service was subpar, with no apology for the cold dish or the wait. To top it off, they even asked for a tip when paying the bill. This place needs serious improvement in customer service, and the kitchen staff should develop better self-awareness. It’s clear we can see how you operate in the open kitchen, and it reflects a lack of care in preparing the dishes.

A hidden treasure! Banx food was amazing, my partner and I loved the pasta dishes we ordered and dessert. I will definitely be returning again. The service was impeccable - atmosphere so warm also. If you’re thinking of trying this place - it’s a must!

Quiet lunch sitting I ordered the parmigiana Tasted authentic then I ordered the kids Bolognese. There was more sauce than pasta. My only gripe pasta cooked to perfection and the prosciutto pizza let’s just say the dough was light and fluffy. The prosciutto pizza ordered was fantastic. It had more prosciutto on there than any other prosciutto pizza that I’ve had in the past elsewhere. Only gripe is that it could’ve done with a bit of green to set aside the red i.e. a bit of rocket somewhere I’m happy bucket list ticked.

This is such a great little gem in the area.
It became our favorite restaurant.
We love their pizza, home made bread and pistacchio tiramisú.
Not to mention their meatballs and eggplants parmigiana are delicious.
I highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant.
Service is very attentive.
