First time in Toowoomba, we stumbled upon this trendy little coffee shop while exploring the cbd. The coffee was as good as we’ve had anywhere and the cookies were sensational! Highly recommend. 6 stars 👍

It's been a long time since I've been in, and I was disappointed.
Such an unwelcoming vibe and its so uncomfortable to stand and wait at the register without being acknowledged, a simple "I'll be with you shortly" would have gone a long way.
The coffee was alright, a bit bitter.

Honestly this is the top cafe in Toowoomba! The coffee never disappoints and they care so much about staying local and being sustainable.
They are the absolute best at steaming alternative milks; most cafes leave you with heaps of foam and the milk a bit scorched but all the baristas at Banter can steam almond milk to absolute perfection every time! The staff are always so friendly and keen for a chat; you can tell they really care about creating relationship with anyone who comes in. Quality people making quality coffee.
I'd rate them even higher than 5 if I could!

Don’t get to Toowoomba very often so wanted to find a good Barista to get my morning coffee from. Luckily I stumbled upon Banter who gave an experience that all Baristas should. The customer service was great and to top it off, my morning coffee was amazing. It’s nice to find a staple Cafe to come back to when I’m in town!
