We had the most amazing stay at Banksia Park. With a beautiful setting and back drop to our perfect event, Tracy and the team ensured all our needs were catered for. The access to the rooms and outside area was great for the kids, we were able to utilise all the lovely space. Would highly recommend!

A lovely environment to relax and unwind.
We stayed In the spacious Heath unit.
Close to all amenities on the island and so quiet. Spotlessly clean and well presented
Loved watching the Wallabies rabbits and bird life outside our unit
Close to great food venues at San Remo.
Enjoyed watching the Pelican feeding at San Remo. Looking forward to returning soon.

Upon my arrival at 5pm there was no one at reception to give me keys. Actually the entire time I was there 2 nights NO ONE was ever there! I had to ask another guest to use his phone to call the emergency number to get the code for the lockbox for my room keys. She said just email me if you need anything, I thought this was odd I should be seeing her but ok… When I entered the room it was clearly bare bones. It was clean but fridge and mini split were barely working. The WiFi was a non working network so no WiFi AT ALL thus I was unable to call anyone! Then when I used one of the two bathroom sinks a HORRIBLE loud noise happened so I immediately shut it off! The last straw was when I locked my door at 10pm the final night of my stay, it made a very funny noise I tried to open it and it was jammed! I tried and tried to open it no luck! I emailed the owner (remember no WiFi as advertised so I could not call her using WiFi calling on my phone) saying I was locked in the room and was leaving at 8am in the morning. Could she please come fix the door so I could get out of the room. At 6am no response from her 7am I emailed again no response 8am no word at all. I literally took the screen off the bathroom window and climbed out! Mind you I’m in my 60’s
So my review don’t stay here!!!!!!

A few rooms to choose from but I liked the Isla with a nice queen bed with a view over farm paddock to the bay. A bath/spa in the bathroom and little kitchenette made for a comfy stay. Sitting in the sun on the grass outside the room was quiet heaven with only the occasional honking of the Cape Barren geese to break the peace

Thank you Fran and Michael for your friendly helpful service! Such a relaxing space. The kids loved exploring the property. Rooms were clean, cozy and the beds super comfy! Spa was amazing. I spent 3 nights in this beautiful, quiet, serene space. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the peaceful surroundings and sitting outside under the trees watching the sunset and birds. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. It's the perfect getaway for anyone who needs a break. 🙏

The owners were lovely and genuine and very accommodating in every way! It was a memorable stay that l will never forget- so peaceful and what l really needed a break. The rooms are beautiful with all the things you would need for a getaway and clean- if could give you more than 5 stars l would. We will return definitely again the future. The whole place was just gorgeous. The rooms were so well kept, organised, clean and fresh when we walked in. The bed was so comfy and everything couldn't have been better. The spa was awesome. Great little hideaway.
