+ Council owned by currently being operated by chuch so get people looking to serve the community for your event.
+ Main carpeted hall would cater for 50 with seats or maybe slightly more standing.
+ Tiled Foyer area with couches useful for greeting.
+ Large Kids room/ area with toys separate to main hall
+ Full Kitchen with stove so you can make and serve what you want - with the crockery/cutlery to do so
+ Outdoor area with Kids Play Area with Sandpit, Bolted in small square tables and small garden - looking at green grass and tree area peaceful surroundings.
+ Next door to Cresthaven shopping centre with a Richie's IGA with 12 or so well stocked aisles - so you can skip next door if you've forgotten anything you need for your event.
+ 2 Specialty offices - available for rent separately if required.
