I did a remedial/sports massage and all the masseuse did was effleurage the whole hour of treatment. Failed to target deeper layers of the muscle group and lacked using different massage techniques. Also really forced the stretch positions at the end of the massage even after stating the soreness of certain parts of my body.

Visit 1 : 5 stars Amazing, best I’ve had lately after trying 3-3 massage places, they are really good ! I’ll come back thank you

Visit 2 : 3 stars. I came back but wasn't fully satisfied. Had a remedial massage this time but the girl was too soft, when I told her multiple times to keep a strong pressure, she would do it for 2 mns and then back to very soft. Therefore, it's a bit expensive for a remedial massage when you have a relaxing one instead. I couldn't tell the difference.

Amazing full body 60min massage with hot stones! Staff are nice and friendly. Massage was so relaxing, they always ask where you want them to focus more on, if pressure is okay. Been twice. Definitely be back. ?

Clean room and massage table. Masseuse asked me what areas needed attention and the amount of pressure before and during the massage and ensured a quality massage was provided. Never had hot stones applied to the back before which was a unique experience.

Really good massage, nice atmosphere. They harge to directly for remedial massage, so you pay the gap (vs needing to request a reimbursement).
There's usually a bit of a wait, but once you're in, they spent as much time as you paid for massaging you. Simply be prepared to spend additional 15 mins waiting for them to let you come in, checking in, charging you, and giving you some tea after you finished. But the wait is worth it.
