Terrific bar! We were warmly welcomed. We ordered way too much food and left feeling more than satisfied. Have to say, the staff there were super lovely. Great cocktail and the waitresses wine recommendation was bang on. The only “criticism” is that the toasted baguette with our ploughmans and baked Camembert was like croutons. Way too crispy and would do better with fresh baguette, or something less crunchy. Fab place for dinner and drinks - the wait staff could make or break this place, as it’s small and intimate- but they were friendly snd professional. Definitely recommend!

Visited for the first time today on a whim. Beautiful venue. Alistair was very friendly and made two beautiful classic cocktails for myself. If I had more time, I would've loved to have tried the menu, as the options looked beautiful. I would highly recommend and will return for sure on my next Sydney visit

I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been good service. Great ambience, close to the bridge and easy to find. I’ve been there with large groups where they catered to our needs including setting more tables space for more people and a friend in a wheelchair, as well as smaller groups where we wanted privacy which they made sure of by moving tables to the quietest area. Special mention to Ralph and Emma who made my friends and my night with their friendly, personable interactions and willingness to create some amazing cocktails. Highly recommend a visit.

Very chill local bar with good food and drinks menu. It seems popular in the evenings. Have not been able to enjoy the bar selection and snacks, as I always have a toddler on me, but we did enjoy the food. I liked the roasted vegetable salad and my son loved their fish tacos (bonus points for remembering to omit hot sauce for my kid!).

I hosted a friends birthday at Bamfords last night and couldn’t give better feedback on the experience. The bar staff were amazing and helped make the night memorable, the food was excellent, the bar itself is really nice. I’d highly recommend this place!

The key to this place is the ambience that is established by the staff. Ralph and Emma made our group feel very welcomed and created some amazing cocktails for us! Their warmth, charisma and fun literally brought people in off the street! I’ve been in Sydney for nearly 2.5 years and I haven’t come across a bar that has staff that actually invest in the customers as this one does! I would check it out! You won’t regret it!
