From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The level of professionalism is truly outstanding – they clearly take immense pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure you're completely happy with the results. My nails look absolutely flawless!
What's even more impressive is the incredible value. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service. I was a walk in appointment. First lady gave me all the colours to pick from, then prepped my nails. I said I wasn’t sure what I wanted as I’ve never had my nails done before. I showed her the colour I liked. I said I wanted something natural, not sure if I wanted extensions maybe a little, and that I wanted hard gel. She started prepping the first nail extension and I changed my mind on extensions as I’ve seen hard gel extensions being done online, and this wasn’t it. The lady recommended I try builder gel to help grow out the length of my natural nails. I said that sounds better to me. Then a second lady took over. Not sure she that she spoke English. She brought over two very girly pinks, started doing the base coat, then started to apply the pink one one finger. I said I didn’t like it and I wanted a milky white. I don’t think she understood. She painted on the second colour on the other finger. At this point I was feeling a little embarassed because clearly she didn’t understand me, so I just nodded and went with it. I think she was at about the 2nd coat when she asked me if I like it. I said no. The colours she had painted wasn’t what I’d picked initially. She then asked the other lady who had first helped me what to do (not in english) and I said I wanted a different colour. They took one of the colour books off another lady who was browsing it, and gave it to me. The book she gave me didn’t have the colour I liked originally, but I picked the closest one. So the second lady started filing off the first colour she painted, and the first lady popped over to tell me if I change my mind on a colour the next time they will charge me. In the end I said I just want a clear coat - after this experience I have no intention of going back to get infills or anything redone. Sadly, I picked this salon because I saw it got good ratings and was even award winning? Definitely not the experience I had. Poor communication between staff. Lack of attention to detail. My nails look worse than they did before I went in there. I have specs of fluff and scratch marks now sitting under my clear coat post salon mani. Sadly not a great first salon manicure experience. Cleanliness pretty average too - they offered me a tea and the mug came out still stained on the inside 🤮

I am not generally one whom strays out of a comfort zone, however, today I did just that and I am not disappointed.
I’ve been wondering whether to switch nail salons, I’m glad I did. Time taken to make sure nails are done to top standard and look amazing is second to none (I didn’t mind the near two hr relaxing session 🙊😆). The ladies are lovely and don’t seem to be offended if you’re not happy with something. I’ll definitely be making this regular 😊

The girls here are always super professional and very friendly. The pricing is very reasonable and they offer you an incentive if you pay with cash. They offer you a complimentary beverage on arrival. Five stars?

The staff are friendly however, the prices are too expensive in my opinion. You check in using a system which generates a price for you and prints a ticket. I selected pedicure which was $40. Once it was finished, I went up to pay and they said $75. I was shocked! I did get gel and a French tip and they explained at the end of the appointment only when I was paying that this is more expensive. They really should have a clearer system so customers know up front what the costs are. They explained $40 was for normal polish and pedicure. If I had of known it was going to be an extra $35 dollars I would not have got gel or french tips. I think $50 for a gel pedicure and $5-10 for french is reasonable but not $75! The girl who did my pedicure told the girl at the register it was $70 but the girl at the register kept saying $75. All in all the pedicure really wasn’t that great, very rushed and my cuticles were hardly attended to, it was a very quick, in and out despite there being no one else in the salon. I feel a bit scammed! My nails are uneven and all different shapes. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Highly recommend Bamboo Nails the ladies are so hard working and do such an amazing job every time I go there they make you feel so comfortable and go away feeling relaxed especially after the foot and leg massage pedicure and so happy with my nails .
