I received a treatment at the Newrybar annex from Shaun. The man is a magican. Besides my back issues, he helped relieve pressure on my shoulders that haven't moved freely in a long time. Let's go surfing ?‍♂️ Definitely be back for another treatment

Got a hot stone massage from Jeff Wilson. After getting many massages over the years Jeff's was by far the best one I've ever received. He definitely knows his stuff! Ballina Remedial Massage has a friendly atmosphere with wonderful people working there.

Best massage in the area! I live in Ballina and tried out a few spots and Helen is by far the best. It’s an intuitive massage where she restores function, I feel relaxed during, and revived after.

Ive been reluctant to write a review as I know Helen is already hard to book in with, but it’s deserving.

Highly highly recommend. She’s very skilled in her profession.

I had a pregnancy massage. The pressure used was good (I'm used to medium to firm pressure remedial massage). However, very shortly after the massage, my sciatic pain returned and has lingered for the past two days, the therapist did work on that area during the massage.
The therapist did work systematically initially but worked on other areas a little haphazardly towards the end of the massage, i.e they worked on one arm then I felt like they almost forgot the other arm, instead working on a different part of my body. There was also more chit chat than I was used to.
The booking system is easy to use and I was greeted promptly a little before my appointment time.
Overall, it was a good massage, I felt like I'd actually had a massage after it (compared to other pregnancy massages where I felt like I had barely been worked on) but with a couple of things that I personally didn't enjoy and still trying to get rid of the sciatic pain.

Second time in as many months their booking system has messed up appointments booked online. Very disappointed. Therapist Shaun was great but my free time is precious and cannot stand being messed around. First time around my booking disappeared from their system. Now, if you don’t pay online your appointment is not solid. I have always paid at reception on way out.
