This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Small, boutique hotel full of character, great location and wonderful friendly staff.|The rooms are like stepping back to the 40’s or 50’s, very clean and super comfy with all modern creature comforts. French doors open onto a wooden verandah where you can have room service or enjoy your own wine watching the sunsets.|Nothing was any trouble. The dining room was great and the food excellent.|Breakfast was continental but sumptuous.|Lovely garden area with a pool and walking distance to all amenities.|I would definitely stay again!|Thankyou again for a most enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel. Our upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy, homely feel. The owners and staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The continental breakfast, featuring fresh fruit and pastries, was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—we highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We had a lovely restful stay at the Ballina Manor. Our room (#10) was large and tastefully decorated, and had a privately enclosed balcony. The 4 poster king bed was large enough for 3 or 4! We appreciated the coffee machine and small fridge for our wine. We did have to manage one flight of stairs (kindly staff helped with our luggage), but the view and balcony was worth it.
The restaurant on the ground floor had been recommended to us, and we weren’t disappointed! One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time - very special!

Totally loved our stay. We’re lucky enough to get upgraded and the room did not disappoint. Comfy bed and lovely big bath after a long drive. Breakfast was yummy, with fresh fruit, pastries, bread, cereal, meats and cheese. Way more than your average continental breakfast. THANK YOU !

What a beautiful nights stay at the Manor! We arrived at 8.30pm and the Restaurant and Bar stayed open to accommodate us. The service and food was AMAZING, as was the room we stayed in #7. We would highly recommend this little Gem and we will definitely be back. Thankyou!

Today, we found a noteworthy accommodation facility. A building that dates back to 1925 & used for many functions over the past century.||The Hotel has been lovingly restored to near perfection, offering 12 luxury rooms, gardens, pool & restaurant. ||The hosts are very welcoming.||Note: apart from the ground floor options, a staircase provides access to all the other suites.

Lovely renovated hotel. Food was delicious for dinner. Breakfast was continental with good variety.
The only thing I think needed to be added to website/booking site is that it is a non smoking property. It's fine to have non smoking rooms (no-one can smoke in rooms anywhere), however it doesn't mention that you have to stand outside the property to smoke. Might not be an issue for most, however it is one thing I check wherever I am going to stay.
Loved my stay there, but would have chosen another option if I was aware the property was smoke free.
Not a good look having guests outside the fence smoking.

This place is an absolute gem!
Beautiful, helpful and kind people. Looked after me extremely well. Stunning and cosy rooms.
Also, the food is absolutely amazing!
I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly! Thanks chef!
