Absolutely loved my experience at Dandenong Ranges Day Spa! I had an aromatherapy massage and the atmosphere was so peaceful from start to finish. The therapists were incredibly calm, attentive, and really listened to my preferences. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally looked after. Highly recommend!

Just had a couples massage here and the ladies were amazing and accommodating for what we wanted out of our individual service. They were very knowledgable about the body and different muscles and gave us some tips on stretches to assist us with issues. They even gave us some local recommendations to try for dinner. Highly recommend!

Had a heavenly experience at Balance Mountain Day Spa yesterday 17 April 2025. I chose The Retreat Package. After a warm and friendly welcome from Nadine, Hayley gave me the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage and lush and sumptuous facial. Both treatments were absolutely divine. The finish with a delicious ginger and lemon tea was a lovely touch. I felt so happy and 10 years younger. Highly recommend Balance Mountain Day Spa. Five Stars and 10 out of 10. Already planning next visit and treatment. Just what I needed. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Balance Mountain Day Spa. We both enjoyed a relaxing massage and pedicure. The team was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely and serene. It was the perfect way to unwind and spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience with the lovely ladies on Saturday, enjoying body balance massage treatments, body scrub and the most incredible facial I have ever had. Our group had an exceptional experience here with Nadine and her absolutely amazing team. The service, surroundings, massage, treatments and fruit and chocolate platter far surpassed any expectations we had. One of the best massages I've experienced. Already planning on when we can return. 10/10!!

Had a couples massage, my partner had aromatherapy and I had a pregnancy massage. Mina and Lynette (I hope I spelt their names correct) were absolutely beautiful! We walked out so happy and overwhelmed at how amazing our experience was! We will definitely be back!

I had a 2.5 hour session and it was AMAZING. Holly made me feel very comfortable and I honestly can not fault any part of the experience.
The massage was incredible!
Big points for: the room was WARM, I was asked about massage pressure and also about whether you like to talk or not suring the session.
Can not wait to go back. Perfection!
