The food is amazing here, I come every week about 3-4 times and get a chicken snack pack and everytime I eat it, it’s perfect. I love Charcoal Chickens food. Micheal the owner and his staff are lovely and never disappoint in making my food or having a lovely chat to them. They are beautiful people and I suggest coming here and you will never regret it!!!!

Fed the family of 6 for only $54 ($9/person). The charcoal chicken was some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. No dry bits. As well as
Being succulent it had a delicious light lemon flavoured marinade. The 4 kids enjoyed it all with no complaints and all food devoured. The $54 deal was two chickens cut in pieces, large hot chips, garlic dip, pickles, leb bread and large salad (we chose tabouli). The owner was friendly and offers free coffee! This village shopping centre has a good carpark market too every se one Thursday.

Don't believe all the bad reviews you read.
This is what was left of the meal that M Towhid Ali made a bad review about and he was not spoken to rudely he was explained to that the bakery who makes the bread doesn't open on Sunday so all bread is from Saturday also the meal he ordered came with salad and garlic of a specific size which he was given but ask for a refill which was explained to him that he would need to pay extra if he wanted more.
The family ate everything and asked for a take away box so l don't understand the review which he threatened he was going to write a bad review about his experience.

I cannot fault a thing from this place. It is a clean, presentable store, the owner and staff are genuine and welcoming. The food? Everything is just wow. The burgers are on point, the chicken is just so succulent and the skewers are on an entirely different level.

Can’t complain in regards to the customer service and the food.
Burgers are absolutely mouth watering but the buffalo wings are top tier as well.
The prices are just as good.

The girl taking the order didn't have much customer service . Almost as if she didn't want to be there
The food was disgusting. Dry, old and ind the sauce was minimal
Wouldn't go there again....$60 of rubbish

Reasonable pricing, small family run business. Food was fresh when we ordered but a few qtr chicken in the warmer looked dry. Waited 15mins for fresh food which is also reasonable.
