I have purchase a lemon meringue pie twice now within a week and both were stuck to the gold cardboard circle to the point when l tried to remove the pie it fell to pieces. I call after the second time only to be told that’s not their problem the cakes are baked fresh daily this is not possible. The crust was too soft to pick pie up.
I have purchased them from Erina and they don’t stick to cardboard and pasty is firm enough to support pie ie fresh
The staff member l spoke to was a snotty cow and yes l lost my temper with her l didn’t name call or swear but l did raise my voice.
Need l say l will be rubbishing this particular store at every opportunity.
I definitely do not recommend your management , your staff under trained or your cakes not fresh in my experience

This patisserie is located in the Lisarow shopping centre adjacent to Coles. It had indoor and outdoor dining, beautiful pastries, artisanal bread, excellent coffee and teas, as well as some nice breakfast and lunch options. Apparently they also make cakes for whatever celebration you have in your future, custom designed to fit your requirements. Everything is baked locally and is fresh everyday. The service was great and the food was magic. Definitely recommend!

Well, at least the coffee is hot, but not my first choice for a brew. As for the cakes, well, I like them, I just don't like the price. But that is just the down side of inflation. Come on RBA, easy up on the rates before you drive us all off a cliff.

Today I walked into the bake house and was greeted by a beautiful girl “Sophia” if I remember correctly. She was so kind, I was running short on cash and couldn’t pay for my family so this beautiful girl decided to pay the rest for me with her own money. I will definitely be telling my friends about this wonderful cafe and their employees and I will be 100% be coming back just because of this lovely girl!

Coffee was so bad. The older lady that served us was passive aggressive when taking our order and took ages to even acknowledge that we were at the counter waiting to be served. I almost told her to not even worry about putting our order through because she was rude and I do regret not saying that and going somewhere better. I’m not sure of her name but she was short, short dark hair and kinda looked like she had a moe. There was a younger girl there who seemed to be friendly though.
