I'm not a customer but a resident who lives in the unit complex directly behind this business and people coming here need to be made aware of the serious allergen risk. Just today I've noticed the husband of the practitioner mowing and and trimming the entire yard with the clothes line full of the towels that they use for their massage business, the same towels that come into contact with their clients. I cannot begin to tell you how unsanitary and potentially dangerous that is, especially for people who have severe allergies to grass and pollen. Tell your husband to use some common sense the next time he decides that it's okay to put your clients' health at risk.

I've been here 3 times now and will continue to come back, ive gotten deep tissue and remedial massages and all have great pressure as I prefer quite a firm massage. The lady (im sorry ive forgotten her name) is super friendly and welcoming, offered water/tea each time. Booking online is very simple and straight forward. Very relaxing and fixed my shoulder thank you 🙏

Honestly the best massage I’ve had. Have been to many places for remedial massages city cave etc. but the attention to detail and understanding of how the muscles align was amazing. Have had back issues / tightness from knee related issues and she diagnosed that it was stemming from my leg without me even mentioning the knee surgeries I’d had. 10/10!

Although the entrance is unassuming, the owner's pictures of the inside are accurate: it's relaxing and as comfortable as you'd want for a good massage.

We realised that the sound proofing to the room wasn't incredible, as there was a conversation going on the other side of the wall for the entire hour which I could easily make out, but the background music and the massage itself helped to take focus away from it.

Reasonable prices; great hands; complementary post-massage tea on exit. This place deserves a return visit.

Served by a new therapist Yumi. One of the best Thai massages I've had, felt very relaxed. Very welcoming and polite. However just like the earlier experience, shame they still need to work on their disturbance policy & manners.
1) Had another staff barge in without knocking and stuck their head in to ask something and with no apologies for the interruption from either of them.
2) The therapist answered the cordless phone and continued talking to a customer on the phone at the same time she was still massaging.

The massage itself was good and friendly staff. Although they should work on their professionalism & phone manners. Leaving the door open in the middle of the massage with a bright light ON outside to talk to someone was a bit uncomfortable, staff could show more discretion.

Also, I'd suggest to look elsewhere if you're looking for a genuine massage in short notice.
I've never been able to book an appointment on short notice. As someone always pressed for time due to family commitments and shift work, its impossible for me to give a few hours or a day's notice. Moreover it's generally after a game of cricket or squash when I decide to book a massage and they can't provide. And they cut you off after they say they don't have an appointment.

Great knowledge professionals who always try their best. I generally have a good experience but this time around they put me in a couples room and 45 mins into my massage, the girls started talking loudly and planned to put another customer on the second table. It made my experience less relaxing. My masseuse did apologies at the end but still would have been nice not to be disturbed.
