Had an amazing stay at Azura Green Resort! The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to everything the Gold Coast has to offer. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The resort facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool and fantastic amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Will definitely be back!

I would not stay here again. The room was large which was nice but it wasn't clean the lounge had rips in it. There were 2 pairs of socks left behind by previous guests. The shower doors didn't close properly so water went everywhere. The toilet door would not close. And there was what looked like blood on the ceiling in the kitchen. My daughter was using a pot and the bottom started bulging. I took it off the heat and found a different one. This place needs a lot of work. For what you pay for a night it's a bit of a rip off. And there is no information in the room we couldn't find the pool the layout of the whole place was confusing and disappointing.

Terrible experience. Asian reception staff at the hope island resort are disgusting. Been over 2 weeks since they “gave” my bond back. I have called multiple times asking for them to send information to my bank in regards to bond release. Everyday it’s “I will do it” and then it never gets done. Receptionist Andrew will never do anything you ask, hands the phone to manager each time. Manager is extremely rude herself. I asked her why it takes weeks for anything to be done and she yells at you over the phone saying she can not answer your questions right now as she can’t multitask and needs to do one thing at a time. Extremely disrespectful and rude when speaking to her. I would like to be emailed / phone call from higher management in regards to this lady asap.

The booking:
The room is falsely advertised, got given a dark and dingy little room, not what the photos are at all. When arrived they said “we need to update our photos sorry”. Spent more time at my own home during the days because there’s no light coming into the apartment and it stunk!!

Cleaning:
Asked cleaners to come back multiple times due to mold everywhere in the bathroom / shower. Leftover hairs in the bed sheets, the balcony was disgusting with children’s writing all over the doors. Mopped and cleaned the balcony and bathrooms MYSELF because it was so horrible. Bought my own mold spray to clean up with.

Parking:
Paid $50 to secure a parking lot that was never secured. Someone took my car spot and we were not able to have a parking spot because of this.

NEVER will I ever come back here and I will make sure I do inform others of this horrible experience

I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting a family holiday. Your first disappoint is going to be the staff they are the rudest and most arrogant reception staff I have ever come across. You would think staying at a resort they would accommodate you with towels but NOOO when you ask for a towel or anything else in fact the staff will look at you, roll there eyes and sigh in your face. Not only is there attitude and work ethic out of this world they actually keep a secret list of things you ask for so they can charge you, like $50 for a towel! Keep in mind if you want to stay here there is no customer service, you must wash all your stuff otherwise you will be paying extra for everything. The worst part was how filthy the rooms were, it was sickening, they advertise a washing machine and dryer that you wouldn't even wash your pet beds in thats how disgusting they were, we ended up going to laundromats to wash and dry all our clothes. The floors were filthy and the stains on the future is beyond digstuing. This resort is not cheap and falsely advertised, the workers and the rooms is extremely disappointing. Your bond also takes over two weeks to be refunded and thats after multiple calls. This holiday was booked for my sons 2nd birthday and it was a trip to be remembered, instead the trip was ruined from the first interaction with the Asian Male receptionist with glasses on our first day there was not one word I could say where he didn't sigh in my face, all I would ask for was if we could leave our luggage at the front as we had an early flight and wanted to visit a theme park, he was rude and every single day was a battle with him to understand small requirements needed for my family. When you ask to speak to management they don't exist, this resort will not compensate you in anyway, hidden fees, dirty and horrible staff. Do not recommend at all. I love to travel and always find the good in wherever we are but this place was something I cannot forget.

This was a very large unit, 2 bedrooms, a handy kitchenette, 2 showers, a huge lounge, underground secure parking and 3 toilets. What else would you need? However, the downside is that cleaning must be improved, the floors were sticky and carpet dirty. One of the beds appeared to have been used but not changed. The wifi was good and reception staff helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, both with ensuite. The apartment had everything for a comfy stay with an extra toilet and washing machine/dryer room. Non smoking rooms. Spa pool and pool, gym and steam room facilities on site.

Absolutely horrible.
We booked and paid for a king bed and received a queen. I specifically chose this hotel because of this as my husband is 6’5. Mouldy shower, shower door did not close and bathroom floor was soaked. Furniture ripped. Air conditioning in my son’s room did not work in 33 degree heat. Air conditioning in the living room was extremely noisy but did work.
Reception staff acknowledged that they knew about the aircon issues prior to our stay and apologised it wasn’t fixed. Sorry is not a resolution for something I paid for and didn’t receive but a partial refund would be.

What service ? We picked the key up from the 7-Eleven. I was horrified that the doona on the bed I slept in was putrid/filthy dirty, I washed it in the machine provided but who damned well makes a bed up with a filthy doona and I don't care if it was between 2 sheets because it didn't stay between the sheets and probably touched my face🤢. The taps in the bathrooms should be fixed they leak water, also the vents in the toilets need a good clean and the air con in the lounge struggles but that could be due to shonky cleaners not reporting issues
