A beautiful bed and breakfast on the Central Coast. I had long wanted to go there and it was as perfect as I expected. The huge rooms with balcony and views were well presented and clean. The breakfast divine and if you wanted tea or coffee a lovely dining area. A small ramp helps with mobility issues. It is central to the beaches and close to shops. While available the staff were not invasive and were very polite. Perfect for that place to go to reset.

I have just had the most amazing stay at Avoca Bed and Breakfast again. This is the absolute best place to stay in the Central Coast. It is beautiful, serene, magical. Michael and Jo are amazing - nothing is too difficult. Their breakfast is wonderful and the amenities are fantastic. I return here again and again and again and every time I leave refreshed, recharged and feeling like it was the best money I have spent! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Anyone who says otherwise must be confusing this place for the other similarly named bed and breakfast down the road because this Bed and Breakfast is incomparable.

Had a great weekend at this very cute boutique bed & breakfast. The room was cosy & spacious, and the home made breakfast was delicious ? ||The beach was only a 5 minute drive away, so the location was perfect. We also had a balcony which looked on to a beautiful garden. Would also recommend the cheese platter and sparking which we enjoyed on arrival ?

Fantastic find for our three day Central Coast getaway. The location is a stones throw away form multiple beaches, Brisbane Waters and Bouddi National Park Coastal walk. The room was spacious, with a bed that was absolutely luxurious and hard to get out of each morning. Owners are very welcoming. A home cooked full breakfast awaited us each morning and a liquor and chocolate given each evening. A very special stay. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was no place is perfect and always comes with its own unique reality. Its just like a home - the walls are thin, the floor boards are noisy and the owners have young children.

Conveniently located, set on an amazing property, the house and room itself was light, airy and charming. The King Spa Suite was luxurious with spa bath, private balcony and soft, king sized bed. All air conditioned. ||The grounds were stunning and lovely to stroll through. Service was good, the owner very accommodating and the breakfast was tasty and filling. Would have loved to stay longer.

My wife and I came here late last year and its been one of our favourite memories. The hosts are just lovely people, and the place is just beautiful. Luxurious, comfortable but most importantly, it feels home-like. Waking up to beautiful surrounds every morning, amazing breakfasts and photo-tastic scenery at every corner...its the perfect romantic getaway and disconnect from the stressful daily routine. We are planning to visit again this year 🙂

We loved our stay at Avoca Valley B & B. The room was great with a beautiful outlook. Jo was extremely helpful with Restaurant suggestions and we enjoyed the extra touch of liqueurs. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. We would have loved a massage but realise it was holiday season and we should have booked earlier - we will return for that!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend get-away. The weather wasn't great - but not much to be done about that!||The room was so spacious we were able to enjoy spending time there - and even got to watch one of the DVD's provided!||Breakfast was provided in the dining area - and was cooked to order - and delicious - and more than filling!||The accommodation is a pretty short drive from Terrigal where there are plenty of dining options - including a very good French place we really enjoyed. ||Because of the rain - we didn't get much time out in the gardens the house is set in - but it was nice to explore the grounds - and go thank the chickens for our breakfast eggs!||We had planned to do a bit more walking - and so need to go back there another time to explore the National Park more - but there are plenty of wonderful beaches all in the vicinity to enjoy as well.||Thanks!!
