Fantastic location, shops and cafes on your doorstep, beach and lake in less than 5 minutes walk. Property was great, we loved the pool and the view from the deck was great. 3 bedroom apartment had enough space for us and 4 teenagers to spread out. Highly recommend, especially for families with older kids /teens.

We only stayed 1 night and use it to shower, change & sleep as we attended a wedding, so we didn't have time to enjoy the resort. The rooms was spacious but no lift so it's hard if you are carrying your luggage up and if you are seniors. The manager John is not very friendly & approachable but the young lady when we check out was nice and friendly.

A good stay, perfectly located near the beach, surf club and rockpool. Everything for a large family was easily accessible.

The rooms were good sized, beds were comfy and everything was well set up with a great amount of cooking utensils to make the stay easier.
The balcony was nicely set up and we had a view of both the lake and the beach, perfect for a morning coffee!

The pool, sauna and games room were great. Having a heated pool was a definite plus and was a factor to our booking.

As a negative- the hot water is only enough for one bath and being such a large room catering for many people. you would expect it to be able to last. I actually thought something was wrong with the water system and tried to contact both the normal and emergency lines via call, voice mail and text. Unfortunately I still have not gotten a response! This I find to be poor service as there was 0 response to any calls on the listed numbers, if someone had a serious concern there would be no one to contact!!!

The front desk lady was lovely on the day of checkout.

I did find it strange/put a slight dampener on the trip- there are residents living in the resort complex- we were next to an older gentleman and he stuck his head over and told me to keep the kids under control or he would call managment- it was my son who is 3, and non-verbal trying to communicate and my daughter talking excitedly. This was disappointing and quite rude, I did feel that if we were on holidays the children were allowed to be excited! They weren't screaming or being rude, just excited they could see the water!! If I was to stay again I would request a different room away from this man.

I do believe that despite this I will book again as the location, size, availability activities and amenities were all amazing.

No Sauna dusty vents in air-con vents loud construction going on next door couldn't enjoy ourselves after we got married because the person that lived down below complained about noise must be nice to have money and live in a place like that pamphlets outdated as are the so called smart tvs all round area is nice but people seem almost as stuck up as if you were in Sydney big rooms but all single beds even the queen bedroom was just two single beds put together so one of us would always wake up with a crook neck spa in ensuit bathroom is ok but the jets hardly work advertised as a resort but apparently just ordinary apartments company of my now wife was the best thing about this place

Location was great close to the beach and the nearby cafes and restaurants, but that’s as far as it goes

The room itself was unclean and out of love. Pictured is a mouldy curtain but the sheets, cushions on the couch and state of the overall unit were all shocking. Internet quality was poor (2gb for 3 days) and tv service dropped out frequently

If you go here, don’t forget to bring toilet paper, we had a quarter of a role between 4 people on the first night

Location and the pool was the two stars for this resort. Unfortunately the place was quite outdated and it showed in the broken soap holder, old facilities, broken balcony door that would not close and the extremely old beds and mattress. The bed sheets are obviously extremely old and obvious white and brown stains all over which was extremely horrifying to see on arrival. The mattress was obviously old and had lost a lot of it's tension, with a human sized dent which you would fall into as soon as you laid down. That did not do wonders for my body and caused pretty bad back pain in the morning. The broken sliding door to the balcony meant the noise from the party down the road at 1am in the morning seem like it was next door which made it even more difficult to get to sleep. And the 2 minutes of hot water between the 6 guest in a 3 bedroom unit meant that only 2 guest could have a quick hot shower and the rest would either not shower or have to brave the freezing cold water. The sauna, which was the main reason I booked this resort was broken and there where never any staff to be found on site for the 2 days I stayed at the resort. This place has Soo much potential if a little bit more love and care was invested into it and for the price I expected a bit better!

Just stayed in unit 24 and found it very disappointing. It wasn't very clean(dust under couches etc), the drier needed to be propped up with a clothes peg to work, had to get an electrician for a new element in the oven, many plates and bowls were dirty. The whole resort needs a complete refurbishment - the common walls need painting, the dust under the pool table looks like it has been there for years.||We stayed in this resort many years ago and were shocked at the deterioration of the place and for what it costs per night, it is unacceptable.

Spoilt our weekend away. We are locals & wanted our friends to have a gr8 weekend in the penthouse! It was a run down penthouse. Check in was late by over 1.5hours.
Owner didn't seem to have a care factor.
Was short on toilet paper for 7 people. Owner seemed reluctant to give us any when it wasn't restocked in our rooms as it was. Garbage bags the same story.
Not to mention the floors were not vacuumed or washed properly even though we gave cleaners extra time.
Pool & spa were not heated, as it was stated on webites. We would've spent more time there.
