After having our trip to Vanuatu cancelled due to the earthquake we needed to find some where relaxing for New Years family holiday at last minute and had stayed at Avani properties before. This apartment hotel, was modern with 2 bedrooms and kitchen and a balcony with views of the ocean. It's one block from the beach and has a swimming pool and public bar, also very close (<10min wak) to Broadbeach restaurants, great coffee shops and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Very friendly staff. A great relaxing family holiday.

I only stayed two nights, however the room set up would have been great for a longer stay. The kitchen was really well appointed, washer/dryer in the unit, lovely bathroom and bedroom, plus lounge area.||I had a room on one of the higher floors and the view was great.||Parking was easy and reception was always helpful.||Only issue I had was that the hallway smelt weird... I don't know if it was from the garbage shoot or what, but I found it off putting every time I went out there.||Didn't use the pool or gym, so cannot comment.

Excellent customer service and a great location—close to bars, the beach, PacFair, and restaurants. Try to book a room facing the beach, as the rooms on the other side are noisy at night due to the rev heads speeding along the highway.|The rooms are spacious and clean. They include a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, a large TV, and a separate living area from the kitchen and bedrooms. It is popular, especially around Christmas time, so if you need an extra bed, try and book it earlier.

Very nice and clean suite with beautiful ocean views. Friendly staff who provided a simple and easy checkin/out process and members even have early checkin. Nice location with only 5mins walk to the beach. Highly recommended this residence for family travel.

Could not fault it. The check in process was so easy and the staff were lovely and helpful. Great location, walking to restaurants and activities. The rooms are spacious, clean and had amazing amenities. The pool was 27 degrees and glorious.

Wonderful hotel with views of both the beach and casino. Wonderful facilities and big clean room with laundry. Close to the shops and all eating options. Highly recommend

We, a party of three adults, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are exceptional and went out of their way to ensure our comfort, including accommodating two mobility scooters. Linen, pillows & towels were quality, clean and plentiful. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

We were only here one night coming down from Brisbane to catch up with friends. The central location made it easy to meet. Plenty of near by options for eating out. The Gold Coast tram is just outside the door! What else could you want? We will come back for a longer stay and take the time to visit local attractions. So many to choose from.
