Daniel and Harley are terrific hosts! We were warmly welcomed on arrival and shown around their stunning, unique property. We had a retreat experience in the tropical oasis they are creating, impressive considering they are in the final stages of renovation. The attention to detail in all of the rooms and the gardens really shows their charming vision for Avalon and we definitely plan to return to see the final result. Highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in Avalon II in January 2023 and it was a great spot to call home! Tastefully appointed with period wares and furniture it had all that I needed to make my stay AMAZING! Two air-con units for the space was a requirement for the hot/sticky summer weather, and plenty of space for an entire family to find a spot to relax. The bed was soft and comfortable and I was able to enjoy some great sleep! Would love to stay here again, once the renovations to the other building are complete to see how it ends up! Harley and Daniel were great to work with, and had many interesting local tidbits to see/do! Ask them for the best local fish/chips shops, too! Overall, really well done! A+

A hidden gem of Innisfail! I stayed at the Avalon Gardens in late-February 2023. The accommodation has been freshly renovated and presents to a V high standard. A peaceful place with lush green surroundings and only 5 minutes from the centre of town. Daniel and Harley were hospitable hosts and are more than happy to share their local knowledge of Innisfail and surrounds. Will be returning again next year!

My wife and I stayed at Avalon Gardens Innisfail Villa for 8 days the villa had a refreshing feeling when you enter with nice decor and light colours very lush gardens with lots of birds and butterfly’s to listen to and observe from the rear balcony. Innisfail town centre is only a short walk for shopping, restaurants and bars. The hosts Harley and Daniel advised us on a lot of places to check out in town and around the country side did a riverboat cruise and was fortunate to see crocodiles laying the shore.

My Stay at Avalon was a delight.
This beautiful slice of Italian History, artistically restored to its former glory!
Comfortable and so Cool !
The Air con most welcome, as were the lovely Hosts who could not do enough for you.
Innisfail itself has so much to offer and do.
Beautiful waterfalls,Towering Lush Rainforest, Etty Bay and Tame Cassowaries wandering about of a late afternoon.
Paronella Park is a Must!
Spanish built and a Botanic Garden.
The night tour and Light show and music
Just Magical!
Away from all the crowds and art Deco delights in Town.
I highly recommend Avalon!
