I have had the absolute worst experiences with the last 5 hairdressers I’ve seen. I’ve walked out after an appointment in tears more than once. So to same I’m scarred is an understatement.
I was super worried when I called this salon. But I didn’t need to be.
I was able to come in same day for a consultation, and straight away, Adele put me at ease. She is super professional and knowledgeable. Hormonal issues have plaid havoc with my once-lovely hair, and I was at the point of just shaving it.
I had had my appointment today and I couldn’t be more happy, the whole experience was above and beyond my expectations. I felt comfortable and listened to. I adore my new hair, and I feel a million times better than I did before. Thanks Adele, I’ll see you at my next appointment.

I recently visited Avaia Hair for a gel extension, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Emma assisted me, and she truly worked a miracle on my messy and short nails. My first time ever seeing a hairdresser, and I must admit it was an Amazing 1st time experience 👏. I am gutted I forgot my hairdressers name but she was awesome. Have been seeing Emma for massages and facial treatments for over a year now and more recently for two pregnancy massages…she is amazing! Always happy and willing to make you feel comfortable, goes above and beyond and is good at finding where things are tender and working them out! Recommend her for pregnancy massages and her service in general! Very happy client! You pay for what you get and that is top notch service!
