I went to Australia nails at forest lake and they did a wonderful jobs with pedicure and full set I felt very comfortable in their environment as the staff are very friendly! And my feet feel very clean and soft! Love there are many colors to choose from! I recommend

I just got my nails done buy the young lady named May she done an excellent job and the colours I got for xmas party are really pretty. This place is clean friendly and I love that they have there names on there shirts.

Editing my review: original rating was a 5 star, but this salon is super hit or miss. I literally left crying today. I didn't get what I asked for even after trying to ask multiple times, had to pay extra because of the said misunderstanding, and the tech filed my nails after the final coat Leaving them super rough, unfinished, and exposed. I only have enough extra money to get my nails done once a month at best. It was my day off work, I wanted to treat myself and I feel so much worse lmao

I come here all the time to have my nails done, after my last experience on 28th December around 11.45am I won’t be returning, they were so rude today it was a horrible experience, when I asked if they could do a retro style nail I showed the pic they said yes but they didn’t seem confident, so I told them it’s okay if they can’t il get something different they said they could then as they were doing it it wasn’t looking too good with the first nail tech so I asked if they could make a line thicker to match the photo and maybe a darker colour just simple questions nothing crazy or anything, and she started saying we can’t do exactly the same just similar kept repeating it over and over and getting loud in front of other customers she was frustrated and it was quite embarrassing to be honest, so I told them to calm down and told her it’s fine we can do something else and she was abrupt and rude so I asked her to get somebody else and they did but she was rude and dismissive too, they seemed under pressure today but it’s still not ok to treat people like that, the manager allowed all of this she did try help at least but didn’t say anything to them about their rude attitudes. So I won’t be going back not after that horrible treatment.

I have gone to this place for more than 20years I have known Lina before she took over,I won’t be going back,work isn’t consistently great,depends who you get and what mood they are in,I got sick of them talking amongst themselves in their own Language who knows what they are saying,could be talking Crapcabout the Customers I think it is just really really rude,some can’t even understand English let alone speak it,so I have moved on to where the work that I pay for is consistent every time and if they do talk amongst themselves they include the Customer because they speak in English even though it may not always be perfect English at least they try.They also told me that what was on my Big Toe wasn’t a Fungus infection after I wrote this review I went to my Doctor who sent me to a Pediatrist and it is a Fungus infection that I have had for a while but they were quite happy to keep putting Gel on my nails and kept telling me it wasn’t a Fungus infection this went on for weeks,all they care about is bringing in money not the Quality of work.

Their attention to details is absolutely zero and I left the salon very unhappy with my nails.
To start with I had only three of my nails with gel on it, and still the lady used the electric drill roughly in all of them till I had my nails hot and burning.
Then the shape, I asked for a square shape, which she kind of did but most of them were crooked (which I fixed later at home). Finally the colour. I do understand that its hard to have the gel very close to the cuticles, but they were way too far from it, and still not looking nice and round around the finger.
When she finished I had had a look and saw straight away that wasn’t good, but before I could say anything she left the seat to charge another client and I haven’t seen her again to talk about it.

May did these yesterday and she always leaves me wanting to come back every 3-4 weeks every time because she takes time to look after my nails and is very attentive. Thanks May see you in 3-4weeks
