Well.. everything works a bit slower at the Aussie. I had dinner and the chef apparently kept on ducking out. 1hour and 20 minutes later I finally got an undercooked schnitzel. The staff kept saying your next .. your next .. but really know one seems to know what's happening.

Poor service!!!! Unhygienic!!!!!! Bar tender physically coughing while serving drinks, made our entire table sick!!!! Wouldn't be surprised who ever got served drinks from the bar on Monday 22nd is sick aswell!!!

I lost a week's work because of them!!!!

And food took over an hour and it was raw!!!!!
P.s the $30 cheeseburger is exactly the same as the kids meal!!!!

Had dinner at the steak house tonight. Ordered steak, crumbed lamb cutlets and 2 cheese burgers. Cheesecake and apple crumble for dessert. Every meal was fantastic and the service and value for money was really good ?

Our motel nearby recommended we dine here. Very good choice. Cold beer and wine. We ordered steaks - excellent quality meat - slightly overdone to order but nonetheless very good. served with our choice of chips and salad - very fresh. Dining room had atmosphere in this very old pub. Service friendly and efficient.

Usually love this place. Today I ordered southern chicken soft tacos with coleslaw and salsa. Waited an hour to get 3 strips of chicken in a shell with cabbage. Asked for salsa, got two teaspoons of chopped tomato. I kid you not. That's it. You gotta do better than that, Aussie. If it's busy, buy more food and put on more staff.

The owners are so lovely. The staff are friendly and know almost all the locals by name. Their family orientated and the food is decently priced and the quality possibly one of the best in Grafton. Definitely worth a visit if your new in town.

Dropped in for lunch last week on my travels, the pub food was delicious. I had a BLT with chicken, it was moist and I would go for another quick meal. The barmaid that served me was a mature, confident, woman, who was the only one on at the time and the bar was full of Tradies, she didn't bat an eye lid, knows her stuff. It's staff that know the establishment, customer's with amazing disposition, that you'll want to visit again.
