Never been there. I live at Ingenia rentals leisure park. Now that's a great place. They're in the middle of doing major upgrades,as in getting rid of old yucky looking caravans and building new cabins with toilets and bathrooms instead of having to walk to communial facilities. The manager is one of those people you can't help but like. They're always having things to do in the community room, which has a pool table and dart board. The beautiful swimming pool is straight outside from the C.Room.I live there so I may be a bit biased. But I'm a truthful person.

I visited there to do a job there for a client friend the other day.
I found their premises to be very congenial and comfortable.
I would rent any property from these people as I also spoke to and dealt with the management and found them to be very honest and have high integrity in my dealings with them.

I have been here a couple of times now, let's just say it's my go to when I need time out.
The staff are beautiful people who genuinely care about your comfort. Great priced, no rip-offs, will definitely back again soon 👍

The cabin is clean, furnished, and air conditioned with one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom.
The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, and a microwave, and all the plates, pots and utensils we needed.
The bathroom is basic but clean and functional with a shower and gas water heater. The gas and water are included in the rent while you pay about ten bucks for electricity.
The grounds are lush with trees and lots of wild birds, and includes a swimming pool, showers, toilets, and a laundry that takes tokens.
There are one or two derelict cabins visible with external mold and disrepair but didn't really bother us.
The staff are really friendly.
Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, well this is it. The place is very quiet and secure, and the units are good, some with more benefits than the others. The laundry room is 24/7 but you have to buy the tokens at the main office first, but is good, because the staff is very friendly. it has a pool. 20 min to the city by car.

As an older woman needing a break away, I Loved my time at Aussie gardens. The staff were very obliging and friendly , my cabin clean comfortable and good value for money. I felt safe at all times and there was a community spirit amongst the residents. I was able to enjoy shopping at Garden city, eating at Sunnybank restaurants, buses into the city and local markets on the weekends. I'm missing my time spent there with good people. I stayed at Aussie gardens caravan park for a month, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and were quick to help if needed.
The park itself was quiet and the residents also quiet and friendly. I am happy to recommend Aussie Gardens for either short term or long term accommodation.
