Great for families. Lots of amenities for both adults and kids in a nice quiet location. Not too far from the city. Rooms were very clean and the on-site restaurant serves up a great meal. Looking forward to staying here again.

The web check in experience is not very smooth. You are not able to remove items that are added if you no longer want them. I had to contact the reception to have it removed. Upon check in it was after 2pm and the self check in said our room still wasn’t ready. We then had to check in via the employee at reception. The employee who looked after us was not the friendliest, which is disappointing. Customer service with a smile isn’t too much to ask for. ||On a good note. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were nice. I do like that the hotel offered a food and beverage voucher if you didn’t have room service during your stay. Great initiative to lower usage. ||I do look forward to returning next year to stay for World Time Attack at Sydney Motorsport park.

Stayed here because our usual place was fully booked.
Walking through the door, it looks like it would be a great experience.
However, when we checked in, we were asked to pay for the room, which we had already paid for online. The receptionist's response was, "It's telling me you haven't paid." Thankfully we weren't required to pay twice, but this seems like a system error that needs rectifying. Although we still had to pay an additional $1.02 and I have no idea why.
The hotel is cashless, so you are required to pay the additional card surcharge on everything you buy.
Room was concrete and not soundproof. Air conditioning didn't seem to work, as the room became very warm, even on 20 degrees. The little table area had one chair only, so my wife and I couldn't sit together at the table. The sink was tiny with no draining area, so washing a cup or plate resulted in the worktop getting soaked.
We don't watch TV, but for those who do, the sofa was not opposite the TV but diagonal to it.
The bed was okay, but the pillow was so thick that I had to use a cushion from the sofa to avoid my neck being at a crazy angle.
The food menu is very expensive (and would have a card surcharge, making it more expensive), so we went out for dinner instead.
We only needed one night, and were leaving early in the morning, so we didn't complain or request changes.
We have stayed in better places for $150 a night, and would only consider this place again if offered a substantial discount. It might be to other people's tastes, but not ours.

Customer service from booking to checking out was disappointing with unfriendly to unhelpful staff. Rooms were adequate but definitely wouldn’t pay the price I did for the rooms & service received. If it wasn’t for an event we had nearby, we’d definitely wouldn’t book here again!! Back to Novotel no matter what!

There are a few things that you should know before staying at the Atura Blacktown.
There is hardly any phone service
The fridge is only for drinks. No freezer, no food (not cold enough) so therefore the drinks are not cold either.
The bed sheets move all night with you. (Not fitted).
The room is very nice, lots of PowerPoints , the bathroom is very roomy.

An unexpected gem of a hotel chosen as a halfway point on a road trip- we stayed there both on the way to and from our holiday. Service was great, room was a modern concrete-y sort of gorgeous (and QUIET), the buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool table and giant connect 4 game were fun. Great value for money!

My friend & I checked in to the hotel.
We had a good experience checking in & things were okay. I must say the bedding was dirty had not been changed from the last people whom stayed.
Unfortunately upon check out we were told breakfast of which was already paid for & we still had 10mins refused.
Then we go to check out & a staff member put somebody else’s bill in our box..
so I called up the gentleman I spoke to said don’t worry madam it was our mistake we have removed this problem you owe us nothing.

Then I call back about a re fund for breakfast another gentleman at the front desk says: rudely : sorry madam it’s not how we work! Wow rude attitude

The whole experience is they will fraudulently take more money from your card after you check out to cover someone else’s bill.

Sad to say we will not recommend this hotel to family & friends & will never return.

Sorry it’s a huge disappointment & disgrace on the attitude of the men whom stand at the front desk.

We chose the Atura Hotel to celebrate our son's first birthday, and it was an excellent decision! The ambience was wonderful, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The cost was balanced and reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided.

The food, especially the non-vegetarian dishes, was outstanding. The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was top-notch. We also loved the mocktails and cocktails – they were awesome and added a festive touch to the celebration.

Overall, our experience at Atura Hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for any special event or celebration. Thank you for making our son's first birthday so memorable!
