This gym is amazing. There has been a lot of thought put into the layout and equipment provided. They've got options for all fitness levels. The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions and recommend classes for your needs. I look forward to going regularly!

great staff , awesome gym with many different class options and the use of the space in the gym is amazing ! normal recreational gym use is available too if classes aren’t for you! very helpful staff very inclusive ! the first gym to not make me feel insecure about myself or intimidated by anyone else!! absolutely love it !

An outstanding gym with top-notch facilities and a welcoming vibe. The standout, however, is Jenny—her energy, warmth, and dedication make every visit better. She goes above and beyond to support members, making fitness both enjoyable and motivating. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel valued, Atmosphere (and Jenny!) is the place to be.

I have been a member of Atmosphere Fitness for the last five years and have no doubt this is the best fitness club I can imagine as it meets my very high expectations in every aspect.
The spacious club has an incredible range of the latest fitness equipment, over 200 diverse classes a week, a 50 meter lap pool and a sauna to relax. It has a stylish ambience, great vibe and positive energy.

My personal preferences are the classes and I regularly attend the HIIT Bodyfit and Pump Class plus Yoga and Pilates sessions.
What stands out are the highly experienced instructors and teachers that give you personal attention and coach you to be at your best. I can frankly say that I never felt fitter and healthier throughout my fitness journey.

The HIIT Bodyfit classes with Liz S, Libby and Kyuss give me the ultimate workout and they coach me in the correct posture and they motivate me to give my best.

Only a few years ago I started Yoga and Pilates and with the guidance of Justine, Florentine and Bec A, they allowed me to enormously improve my flexibility and balance. And it gives me great joy too.

I can not imagine starting a Sunday morning without a Les Mills Pump Class by the amazing Tatiana.

A special mention goes out to the reception team Terry, Anne, Cane and George who make me feel welcome whenever I arrive.

But not to forget the management team who listen to their members and constantly look out for any improvement within the fitness industry

It is a lot of money to be treated like a lemming once you are committed to paying it. The lockers can be opened by any other member, and only members can get in. I gave up asking staff when it would be fixed. Why have lockers?

They reduced the opening hours a couple of weeks after I signed up, no warning of that during the sales pitch.

They say you can put your tag in the machine and track your workout, rubbish. Neither mine nor my husbands tags work, they tried replacing my tag it still doesn't track anything.

I am not allowed to bring my exercise physiologist in.

The pool is used by a swim squad of kids and I have tried asking for the timetable of when they come so that I can avoid it, they won't give it to me. One of the coaches in particular is really rude to her students and it makes me just avoid the pool. What is most frustrating though is I can not bring my kids into the gym pool, but these kids can use half of the lanes.

I came to swim one week and a cleaner with a cart was using electrical items to clean, attached to extension cords that wrapped around the pool. When I complained about the potential safety issue (the tools were a brand name brand that has battery options) I was told the cleaner was the son of somebody important.

The sauna was broken for months. There are key machines that routinely have lines of people waiting for them. Other machines I cannot use as they routibely have huge weight plates on them.

You cannot access all floors using the lift unless you have a chaperon with a special pass because they are more concerned about people without a pass getting access than they are treating a paying but injured person like a capable adult. Again I have been told management knows about the lift and it will get fixed for the whole year I have been coming.

I believe them that management knows.

I watch them show new people around and emphasise these features that management allegedly knows about and will allegedly fix. I have tried speaking to staff, calling and emailing. All I ever get is, management knows.

I had a tour and signed up to this gym today and I’m already so excited to start. I was shown around by Jenny who was so friendly and super informative. My friend and I felt absolutely no pressure from her to sign up, she was super passionate about the gym and really personable. We had a great chat with her and the attention to detail and overall customer service was 5 star worthy, hence the rating. Thanks Jenny!!

I have had the best experience at this gym, while the ammenities are very good, it was the amazing customer service I got from Jenny at the signature location. She is so welcoming and makes everything so easy and accessible. She is a gem!!! I wouldn’t have joined without her support and time.

This gym should be 5 stars. But unfortunately some things are all too often out of order, some of the lockers have never worked since I’ve started here. When I asked if I could cancel my membership to go somewhere else until the sauna is working again as it’s been down again for several weeks I was told I’ll have to pay the full cancelation fee and pay to rejoin again later as you have to sign a one year contract when you join.
