This is a very delayed review and for that I apologise profusely as this property deserves the 5/5 star review. We got married at this property in 2018. The communication with the agent was perfect. It was very easy to check in and out. They knew we were getting married there so they sent gardeners to patch up the dead grass and went over & beyond to make sure the property looked great before the big day which I highly appreciated.

The property itself is phenomenal. We had our immediate family and friends stay with us and slept us all comfortably. The pool area is absolutely stunning, the bar is great and the additional outdoor bathroom was very handy for our guests. Everyone was amazed by the property and the personal touches from the owners which we loved. Clearly very successful business owners.

The only downfall was the large room facing the beach to the left had no proper blackout curtains so it was very bright and this was the room we chose to stay in. Did it affect us the morning after the wedding, yes. Did it affect our entire stay, definitely not.

Thank you for having us. I will never forget this home and the incredible memories we made with our family and friends. We can’t wait to come back and make more.

Incredibly sleek and spacious architectural design, stunning rooms, amazing views, an abundance of natural light and ocean for days. Located central and directly on the beachfront but with a definite sense of privacy. There is calm ocean fishing at your door step, and safe ocean swimming in the netted beach pool just a short stroll from the back gate. The private pool and spa, as well as the diverse outdoor space allow for generous and classy entertaining options or simply endless spots for peace and quiet. Visit at summer and you'll be treated to organic mangoes from the enormous tree in the backyard. This is simply paradise and class at it's finest. I've recommended this place to countless friends and won't stay anywhere else when I visit Cairns, this place is what you find in the GPS when you type in 'bliss'.

Hi,

I would just like to accurately clarify some of your points below. Upon arrival you prepared a list of items you were unhappy with that included the water retention capacity of each bath and sink in the property not being acceptable - the obscure list went on and on. We subsequently replaced every plug for you and attended to other numerous requests.

We also purchased and installed a new BBQ for you and gave you a night complementary.

The property designed by British Architect Andy Hall is a brilliant property that has had F1 drivers, Hollywood stars, royalty and even Tony Robins who is extremely hard to please stay with us who all absolutely loved the property yet somehow it hasn't met your standards.

I'm sorry that you were unable to enjoy your stay and we did everything possible to help change your mindset. The property and our efforts do not deserve your inaccurate representation penned below.

Very disappointing, the place is run down. Arrived with a lot of things missing. No coffee machine, no BBQ, no hair dryers and no drinking glasses. Cooktop broken, spa broken, fridge broken (spoilt our food), bath didn't hold water, stereo broken and holes in the deck.

Complained but got a "too bad, so sad". The owner is meant to contact me to apologise, but still waiting.

When we arrived, the couch had dirt stains all over it. Also the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. Although, the location is fantastic.
