DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Apart from everything being very bad, it's been more than 5 months since I left here and they still haven't returned my $1000 bond that I paid. When I went there and asked the person standing at the reception (he introduces himself as the manager of the place), he laughed in my face and taunted me by saying, "Have you still not got your deposit back? I will definitely be filing complaints everywhere. If you value your money, do not stay here. The rooms are dirty, they say they will deliver with missing items and supply them later, but they definitely do not. I stayed in the room for more than 1 year, they said that a table would be allocated to the balcony from the first day we kept the room, but they definitely did not give it while I was there. Sometimes the electricity can go out and a staff member has to come and fix it, but the staff member is always late. You pay $50 a week for parking and there is absolutely no parking in the evenings. When you complain to the receptionist, he laughs at you and says you can cancel if you want, I don't force anyone. But if you rent it first, he guarantees you a parking space. Because I left it outside 2 times, I got a ticket, the first $116 and the second $210. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Un kept and un maintained. I was greeted by a lift that has bare wires hanging out of the lift wall. The concierge paid more attention to his iphone than me. I was escorted to my room but there was some type of sticky stuff spilled on the floor and my shoes literally stuck to the floor. Rubbish was lying around everywhere in the gardens, hallways and lifts. Chairs had food ingrained in them and it even looked like a pee or poop stain on one of my pillows.I never saw a cleaner in the 4 days and 3 nights i was there There was ingrained food in my hallway from when i got there to when i was leaving. The sleep deprivation was the worst. I had to go to a neighbouring room at 2"15 am and say "do you know what the bloody time it is? They were having a crack party with loud music and their door open EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.. All of the occupants were trying to talk over the music so it was pretty loud. I rang reception and they didnt seem to care. I asked and begged to be moved to another room. My requests were ignored.I was booked in for 7 nights....i Only lasted for 3 nights. There were no towels or soap either. The swimming pool area was decrepit. Empty and old booze cans laying everywhere + food wrappers and cigarette butts everywhere. I even had blood on one of the sheets on a bed that i didnt even sleep in. ||Even though it was emergency accommodation provided by Micah Projects, i left early as i felt safer and got more sleep in my car whilst attending my hospital appointments. I never expected emergency accommodation to be 5 star but this place, I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

Do not go here. Go to any other hotel nearby. This place sucks and if reported would probably break a handful of guidelines that hotels need to meet.

The fridge was broken when we got there, the powerpoints aren't properly screwed onto the wall, all the staff looked miserable, the bath was dirty, and the elevator constantly stopped and started as if it was about to break (it looked like it was gonna break too).

2 people were staying here and they refused to give us another key. You need to put the key into a slot near the door for the room's electricity to work. When one person left the room, the other person was inside without electricity.

A staff member came in randomly without notice to "check on the air con". They turned it on and turned it off.

There were ants on the backboard tiles of the kitchen.

There was continuously people having arguments and being loud at all times.

Found a syringe between the bathroom table and the washing mashine. Neither of the 2 people who stay in this room use syringes for any reason.

The manager admitted that he constantly walks into your room every Tuesday whether you're there or not.

Management threatened to kick us out because a friend was helping us unpack.

There was a serious fire alarm on the 7th floor. I was asleep and no one on the 11th floor could hear the alarm.

SO. MANY. COCKROACHES.

So much violence, drug dealing, and drug using. This place needs 24/7 police monitoring.

There are mothers here on crack with their children roaming this dangerous area naked.

I had a terrible experience at this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The place was filthy and neglected, which was incredibly off-putting. The staff were unbelievably disrespectful, showing no professionalism or courtesy. When I tried to inquire about something over the phone, they simply hung up on me without any explanation, which felt completely disrespectful, especially as an international student. On top of that, they were stingy and unhelpful, making it even harder to get any support. Overall, this place is unwelcoming, and I strongly advise anyone, to avoid it.

Just a fancy prison that your not even allowed to leave your room once you enter. I think someone mixed up emergency housing with prison.

This place is in a nice location but it's falling to pieces I was staying in room 33 down in the basement level near the bins and while I was down the the roof started to leak flooding one of the rooms above us then started to make the roof bow and fill with water and I kept telling the front desk and they said " we told management they will deal with it" but they have been saying that for the last 3 days and nothing has happened so I'm writing this review to those who go to Mikah to find emergency accomodation to not come here the place is falling apart from the inside

very bad, no parking for the night, and it was a struggle for us, because we needed to be there at the hotel that night and there was no parking whatsoever, we had already booked for our stay yet they said oh no parking was available, truly annoying and bad customer service. do not recommend at all if your in need.

Its a very worst experience I ever had in my life.
I booked a room for 1 day and deposited an amount which should be refunded after checkout, it's been a 1.5 months which is not refunded yet, and I am visiting to the hotel for status of refund they are delaying day by day, I am spending a 7-8 aud to visit the hotel for refund the money, I am visited 7 times but no response from the staff.
