We stayed here once before and it was good. But we stayed here on Australia Day weekend. The room was in a state of disrepair, there was paint chipped off the wall, the lamp shades had chunks missing, the certain next tot he single bed I slept in was covered in stains and mold. Tables has some sticky residue as well as two out of the four tea cups where already dirty.

This is our four stay here and the absolutely the worst stay ever.Asked near-by quests to keep the noise down twice, at midnight and they told us to shut the f*** up they could make as much noise as they like. Just because you are young doesn't mean you have to be rude.

Manager is very rude and not caring. He abused my daughter while i was on the phone to her and made her cry on her 21st birthday all because her son didnt stay in the room one night and it was a government booking her sister did to keep her company. There was no toaster in the room and a hole in the wall and when my daughter wanted to check out the manager tuned off his phone and refused to answer the phone to her. I cant believe the extra cost in this room and no cleaning except when she paid an additional 40 dollars to bath her sick son and had a spa as she paid the 40 dollars and it was her birthday

Horrible stay. Manager was extremely rude!! Police coming and going over the week I was there. Yelling and screaming from 2 females that werent guests. Manager not answering the after hours phone number and the manager talked rudely and disrespectful! I didn't even stay the whole time. Rooms were clean but there wasn't everything they said online. Had to pay for the spa when it wasnt stated online. Taps to the spa are taken and you pay 40$ from 1pm to 10am.

Absolutely exceptional motel
If I'm ever in Toowoomba overnight, I know exactly where I'm staying

Phil the manager has amazing customers service. An absolute gentlemen. Treats people like family from the instant you meet him , one of those Blokes that would go out of his way to ensure your is clear
And reading back reviews the exact norm from the owners to All managers

Which Speaks For Itself as to why this is such an exceptional motel and would be Anywhere at all they chose to trade

Walking distance from the hospital and fast food too they do the hospital subsidies thing too friendly staff

Absolutely putrid rooms, worst environment I have been in, all I ever see at this motel is about 15-20 police officers every couple weeks. I heard the other week this young girl screaming her head off because she didn’t do anything wrong and was getting arrested.

Needed accommodation whilst partner was in hospital and came accross this gem located within an easy walk of the hospital. Ricky and his staff made us feel like members of their family. Any request was no trouble and they were so easy to talk with and made you feel you were their most important guest - have stayed twice and have another booking coming up shortly. Thanks Ricky and your offsider Peter for great treatment. Rooms are neat, clean and tidy - felt just like home.
