Absolutely Terrible Experience. Avoid at All Costs

This place is a joke. I called the hotel directly to request a room clean and was verbally promised it would be taken care of. I waited over 3 hours and no one showed up. Then out of nowhere, the manager calls me and says I have to pay for it, like it was never mentioned before. No apology, no explanation, just attitude.

I asked for a couple of extra towels because I’d been waiting all day, and the manager was shockingly rude. No customer service, no basic decency. Just straight-up disrespectful.

If you like being ignored, lied to, and spoken to like garbage, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, save your money and your patience and book literally anywhere else. They breached a consumer right…

DO NOT stay here, this place is disgusting!
Mold in the bathroom, marks and dirt on the walls, floors, tables and bed. The fly screen was ripped apart not allowing us to even open the window. The smell of the place alone should be another to deter anyone.
The community kitchen had mold all over the stoves and counter and the fridges were filled with stale and gross items.
This place is a health and safety risk and even when contacting ‘guest services’ over and over again, we were always hitting a dead end. This place deserves to be shut down.

We liked that it had a washing machine and dryer. It had some off street parking.

It had a kitchen but the kitchen had absolutely no utensils, pots etc. There were weird stains on the mattress protector.

There were 2 occasions where I was downstairs and had to call the head office to help other people get into there rooms. The model of doing everything over people’s phones made it very difficult for foreigners whose phones don’t work in Australia.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The bathroom here is a nightmare – every five minutes, it produces an obnoxiously loud, weird sound that makes it absolutely impossible to sleep. I spent the entire night wide awake, wishing I had chosen literally any other place to stay. The worst part? There’s no one to complain to, and even if you could, no one takes responsibility for anything. It’s like they know how bad it is but don’t care. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Spare yourself the torture and stay somewhere else.

Couldn't get into the hotel with the code I was sent. Then I didn't get a room code or room no. The rooms were very old and basic. I didn't end up staying as I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and ended up staying with friends

Bad smell, aircon not working, lack of security, room not clean. It isn't cheap enough!!!
Good for 1 night or 2, max.

It was ok for a one night stay. This was an unusual place though. No reception or hotel staff on premises. You were texted a code to get into the building and then into your room. I looked at the common balcony area and it was full of empty beer cartons and bottles. Lots of drunks walking the hallways the night I stayed there. But I only needed a bed and shower, so this hotel provided that. I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a night or two though.
