Sarah, Paul and the team from Aspire were incredible. We held our annual suicide prevention gala there for 400 people and cannot recommend them highly enough. The planning that was done by the Aspire team prior to the function was meticulous, and whilst attending the event, I could not fault the food nor the service. Flawless from the planning stage all the way through to the event night. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

We recently worked with Aspire to host our three day staff conference. We felt so supported and accommodated by Aspire throughout the entire planning process, and the roll out of the conference days. Any request was genuinely considered, and actioned when possible. The team present on the conference days were supportive and responsive to our needs. We identified during morning tea that the line up may cause delays at lunch time, so staff pivoted and changed set up for lunch to ensure staff were able to gather their meal quickly.

We recently held our CSIRO conference at the University of Wollongong's Science Space and the next day we were at the Event Centre; both on the Innovation Campus. Sarah and her team were incredibly accommodating with our requests and helping me to select function rooms and food options. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was very reasonable too.

Booked an event with a contract. On the day no staff showed up. We were delayed by 40 minutes because we couldn't contact Aspire and had to gain entrance from UOW security. The AV system was disconnected and the lack of staff left us without the ability to remedy it. Furthermore the air-conditioning was deactivated until midday which made the venue unbearably hot. I would expect any events management company to meet the basic requirements of the prearranged contract, let alone one associated with the University. Really besmirches the whole system.
