Cheaper than other places but you basically get what you pay for. I went for waxing but, while they got most of the hair, I still had to go home and do some tweezing and shaving myself to make sure it was all gone. The service is very fast/rushed, but the lady was pleasant. They don't clean the residual wax off you when finsihed, nor do they apply any post-wax lotion. This place is the waxing equivalent of flying a discount airline. You save money, but is it really worth it? For me, no. I will continue to pay more and going to Wax It, but at least I gave this place a fair go.

My friend and I came here for our first massage ~ from booking to service was very smooth, the staff was friendly and attentive and made sure we felt relaxed. The masseuse was skillful and had just the right amount of intensity to completely relieve our fatigue. The room was warmly decorated with soft lighting and the whole atmosphere was very cozy. The essential oils used smelled very nice and were of botanicals. A very happy and relaxing experience!

Had a great experience at this place for a few days ago. The space was clean and relaxing, and the therapist was skilled and attentive, adjusting pressure to my needs. It was very professional, reasonably priced, and left me feeling refreshed. Highly recommend😍

Disappointing, waxing not a great job unfortunately, they didn't even put any protection on the bed, I had to ask them to put a towel. The body scrub is a joke. I was really looking forward to relaxing and ended up leaving in a rush to get home and shower.

I called and made an appointment several days in advance for a 10am wax. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited until 15 minutes past the hour but no one was onsite or ever showed up for my appointment. As an out-of-towner I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication.

We had a horrible time here. Definitely inexperienced and disrespectful service. The masseuse had poor technique, the room was brightly lit with fluorescent lighting. The masseuse left to take a call a quarter way through and was visibly on her phone on instagram while only barely massaging me with one hand! She also put weird fragrances oil all over my face and through my hair. So if you’re Sensitive to breakouts or have recently washed your hair BEWARE.
She wiped off the oil she used on me with a cold damp cloth which she left the room AGAIN to get; and constantly yelled to her colleagues outside of the room, an extremely un-relaxing and unprofessional experience. When I attempted to resolve this matter by calling the salon afterwards she told me she would call me back and then has screened my calls since. Only answering when I called from a private number or using someone else’s phone! This is so disappointing and unfortunate as I really would have preferred to settle this with constructive criticism instead of having to leave a bad review. This was made impossible so in short NEVER GO HERE!
