Average standard, clean, well located, nice walk on the river, close to the airport.|Breakfast room is like a prison, view to a wall.|My wife already paid, but they wanted my credit card as well. At the end they charged us twice, once under her name and again under my name. Since the couple left early the following morning for holidays we had no chance to settle that on place. Since then we did not receive any explanations, not really the gentle way to do business.

Thanks Terry and Evelyn for a wonderful welcome, helpful ferrying around and lovely room. Really appreciated both early check-in and the separate sitting room so I could work while Rachel slept. Highly recommend.

The perfect place for an overnight stay between flights. Terry and Evelyn were great hosts, collecting us and taking us to the airport. Great location just by the river - we were able to enjoy a walk by the river when we arrived.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast with every thing you need and more. Lots of little attentions from the hosts which made it a great stay! Lots of choices for breakfast, fresh fruits, home made soap, a very comfy bed and a great shower! The hosts were very flexible with airport transfers. Beautiful place with everything you need for a short stay. Proximity to the Swan River for a walk. Highly recommend Ascot on Swan B&B.

A very warm welcome given by Evelyn and Terry upon arrival despite the lateness of our international flight. We were also immediately offered a wonderful light evening meal so that we would not have to find a late open eatery.|A very tastefully decorated large bedroom containing a large comfortable bed. On a dresser, there was also a wonderful display of decorated nail files of assorted sizes that could be purchased as ideal memorandums or gifts.|Ensuite was a large bathroom with a great shower.|The guest lounge also doubled as a dining area for breakfast. The lounge was comfortably furnished with sofas and a television that had more channels available than had ever been encountered on any of our numerous international journeys. |Amidst reading options, there was also a great guest compendium packed with information about local sights and dining options as well as numerous current magazines.|Continental breakfast consisted of an amazing array of choices far greater than usually found at most B&B’s or even chain accommodations. |An additional wonderful service provided was complimentary airport transfers.|

Lucky to be able to stay here after a late flight into Perth. Great accommodation, comfy bed, and wonderful breakfast foods available for us. Would definitely stay again ☺️

I arrived into Perth airport at midnight. Evelyn and Terry was there to meet and greet me. They was so friendly and welcoming, the B&B was perfect location for the airport and the free transfer from the host is a real bonus. The accomodation was perfect, the breakfast had everything you could possibly need. All in all 5* Accomodation and service. Hosts went that extra mile for me. Thanks Terry and Evelyn. Definitely recommend.

I used to have a favorite B&B that I went to for over 5 years, whenever in Perth, but my friend went out of business with Covid19. So I was reluctant to give anyone else a go. I needn't have worried. stopped in here for one night as I had an early morning flight and it is close to the Airport. The hosts were friendly and available and nothing was too much trouble and everything (even my food allergies) was well catered for. Like a small separate apartment rather than just a room, it was quiet and restful and extremely comfortable. Instead of having to call a cab, Terry drove me to the airport and helped me with my luggage. It was brilliant and I'd stay again.
