Was there for 11 days. No air conditioning or dishwasher for the whole time - was fixed the day before I left. Dirty underwear left in the washing machine from the previous customer. No water pressure in the shower, grotty bathroom, a bucket for a rubbish bin. The manager offered me a discount on my next stay. As if I would return. Emailed her 6 times and she has ignored each one. Would not recommend this “resort” to anyone who values cleanliness, facilities that work or a manager who will assist her customers. Still waiting for her to respond. She even ignores contact from Booking.com.

Aruba Surf Resort was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Service from reception staff was very friendly and attentive.

We were very early to check in but the no-fuss attitude from staff made it very easy allowing us to leave our bags and call us once room was ready which was earlier than expected.

Information was given on very first arrival and the information was very helpful for suggestions on places to go and things to do around the area.

Room was perfect size with a beautiful balcony view. Very clean and amenities were plentiful.

Overall was an amazing stay, would definitely stay here when we come back again!!

I stayed with my family last summer. No complaints until check out day, when we were late checking out and this Chinese man came into our room without permission. Massive invasion of privacy that he probably doesn't understand.

The worst stay! Dirty room and beds. No soap milk or pillows for 3. Shower u have frzzing cold or boiling hot. And more just yuk

The location is the best thing! You are close to all restaurants.
We had a problem with the low pressure in our shower but they knew solve this.
