They’re always busy when I arrive so you have to be early but of course they are busy as the service and quality is fantastic. It’s hard to find a good nail salon in shopping centres these days but the team do a fantastic job. You can really see the teamwork when it gets busy and nail techs may need to switch but honestly it’s always worth the wait for me. I think this will definitely be my go to nail place

They are professionals here! My nails were perfect and I let my nail technician choose the color 🙂 Very wonderful experience. I had Chin and I was the last customer, but she still took extra care with my nails and always checked in to see if I was liking what she did. We had a laugh. She was so friendly and I only came here cause my old nail salon was closed.. well THIS is my new place!!! Highly recommend!

Store is busy. Didn’t have great service. Said they could fit me in now however when I sat down the lady went off and did another ladies nails . Seems like it’s all about business rather the ideal customer service. Happy with nails but I won’t be back.

Reasonable pricing as well from $70 onwards. The process was relaxing, and Yến made sure I was comfortable throughout. i have been getting my nails done for years, but yesterday i had the best experience ever at this salon. first, i came in with a set on already and asked for it to be removed as i wanted longer nails. the lady was so lovely and careful with the removal, trimming the nail multiple times and checking EACH NAIL to make sure i wasn't in pain. i have never experienced service to this incredible standard before. second, she did the most beautiful shaping of my nails (see pic) - a lot of people don't do the coffin as thin and sharp as i like, but this lady got it spot on without me even having to ask. her attention to detail and quality was so impressive, and i didn't feel rushed in and out like i do at other salons. third, i changed my mind about the colour when they painted the first nail but again they were so professional and nice about removing it and finding a colour i was 100% happy with. they even put cuticle oil on at the end! finally, the vibe in the salon was unmatched - im so used to just sitting in silence while my nails are done but these ladies were chatting and joking with me and the ladies around me and we were all laughing WHILST they did such amazing work on my nails! talk about perfection! you guys are 10/10!! thank you so so much, i will be coming back here every time <3

Worst service ever. I told them to do sns on my friend’s mom but they did something else and I requested them to change it cause my friend’s mom didn’t like it cause that was not the picture we showed after that they charged me extra 20 dollars on top of normal price and my friend’s mom asked for the normal colour after putting them on they said it costed another 20$ extra which in total was 100$ for just for her and also they for my nail it was just 60$ before I do it and when the girl was applying polish she told me that 25$ will be extra because of the glitters. I told her to put normal colour on my nail but still they charged me 170$. Worst experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK 😡 they charge 70$ for this nail?

Went here for the 2nd time, and I’m so happy with the whole experience. As busy as they were, they were still happy to squeeze me in. The lady’s were lovely, and actually tried engaging in conversation (I loved this so much!). The second Lady I had was so thorough and took her time, constantly checking in to see if I was satisfied with the shape/length. I was stuck between 2 colours, but she was so patient and caring. Not once did I feel her frustration or impatience. The first Lady I had also constantly kept checking in and was so understanding. They let me take a photo of the colour, and said “in case you go somewhere else, you’ll know the brand and colour”. I found this so sweet!! I payed $50 for refill, which is the cheapest price I’ve found in the area. Thank you ladies for such a great experience. I will definitely be back for your services.
