Relaxing, rejuvenating and fabulous. My skin has never looked better after my facial, I couldn’t recommend them higher.
Also the staff really know what they’re talking about, it’s refreshing.
Have been a few times now and sent friends and it’s always been a good experience!

I am a mature-aged female and have received treatments at Artisan for hyper-pigmentation. I am so impressed with every part of dealing with Artisan. From the first inquiry which was so different from other places I contacted. The girls in reception are super kind. And the service while receiving treatment is just excellent. And I know; I used to teach customer service skills. I cannot fault Artisan in any way. Even the waiting area is very pleasant! But I'm never there for long as they treatment begins always on time. Five stars - more than deserved!

I was referred here by my old clinic down in Geelong - apparently they’re also a “pamper clinic” although I had been going to Medaco in Brisbane cbd since I moved back 11mths ago I decided to give it a go as they had a $75 returning client promo going on I also had some loyalty $$ from the Geelong clinic I could use too and was due for a treatment. I’ve been getting Botox (never dysport and I told the nurse Botox only) for 5 years now and never had it last for such a short period of time as it did after having it done at this clinic - considering I’ve actually not exercised much either during this time <1.5 months. Somehow, on the day using both the promo $75 and the $60 something loyalty points I was still out of pocket close to whatever I would have paid paid without a discount & I told her not to do the eyebrow lift so that means she should’ve used less units right? (So they treated less of an area, applied a discount and it still wound up being close to what I would’ve paid full price for a superior treatment elsewhere). Then 3 days after my treatment I got a call and invited to leave a review and I remember thinking - the effects haven’t even hit yet - let’s see in 2 weeks. Additionally, the nurse appears to have injected more on one side because up until a week ago when I closed my eyes and relaxed - one eye would not close fully. I just did a meditation retreat over the last 10 days and you can imagine how annoying that was! I loved, loved, loved my old clinic down in Geelong, considering it’s a regional town compared to Brisbane being a large city I didn’t think the quality of service could somehow be worse. I also had no issues with Medaco and would gladly give them a 5 star. To leave my honest review the quality was not great and as for the service itself it was pretentious and I’m not entirely sure if this was because of the brown colour of my skin but the nurse was not friendly. I wouldn’t go here again. Now I have to pay another $$$ elsewhere a month and a half after my last treatment for a top up. I don’t like stewing in it, but I really had to rectify the 5 star ratings this clinic is getting because that was not reflective of my experience and the reviews are what enticed me to give this clinic a go in the first place.

I had the hydry facial and decided to add neck and décolletage as I have rosacea. I have never been able to get rid of some discoloration on my neck dispite trying hundreds of lotions and potions over the years. One intense facial later and it was gone I was absolutely shocked. I absolutely love Artisan Kenmore. Amazing staff, amazing treatments you can’t do at home or anywhere else. I am totally hooked. My skin is glowing and deeply cleansed. Can’t wait for my next one. Can’t thank you enough so talented ☺️❤️

Oh my god, I just finished a hyalase session with one of the cosmetic nurses Collette and I am so over the moon about her service and the results. The last time i got filler in 2022 it migrated really badly. I had heard about dissolving it but tbh I was really put off by it as I had heard it could be painful and traumatic for the lips. So I just put it off and thought I'd wait for the filler to dissolve naturally. Well that didn't turn out very well haha. So I finally bit the bullet and went and had a consultation with Collette to discuss my options. She gave me some really expert advice and we decided to go for it and dissolve the filler in that session. It actually wasn't even that painful at all, it felt pretty much the same as getting injections or antiwrinkle. Collette did a really thorough job and one of the things I was most worried about was having bruising left. I literally had no bruising whatsoever. She just got in and injected it in like a magician. A ninja with the syringe, probably why it didn't hurt as much as i had anticipated.
I'm looking forward to working with Collette into the future to rebuild my lips. She's the best!!!
