We have wonderful stay in the Artique Resort. The rooms and facilities are well equipped. The view from the room was amazing and 2 min walk to beach. Parking is provided and with other facilities too.

One negative was found few cockroach running around. So, to the management please take care of the pest. Overall the place is Great.

The location is great, amazing views and you can walk wherever you need to be. The kitchen utensils are a bit lacking with things like a coffee plunger or tea pot for one. The lifts are a pain in the *^%#. There’s a nice sauna and staff really friendly 🙂

We had a family of four 10 and 16 year old having the separate bedroom with their own bathroom and our bedroom including a en-suite was awesome. The room came with dryer washing machine and all the kitchen facilities the view was good on the 7th floor. The location, price and facilities here did it for us we paid $1300nz for 5 nights and a 10 min walk to the Center of surfers but far enough away from the craziness was good to. Good enough gym and sauna with a large pool and spa did the job. Really good for the price we paid I would definitely stay here again

staff were great, gym and pool amenities were good too, but the room itself was very dirty. we had 2 cockroaches running around, found someone elses tshirt next to the bed, and candy wrappers under the bed alongside some weird pink liquid behind the bed on the floor. the floors were super dirty with dust and crumbs etc that just stick to your feet while you walk around it was quite unpleasant having to wipe my feet every-time i was barefoot. only one of the lifts worked for half my stay as it was getting repaired which added time when trying to go up and down from rooms but that’s understandable if its broken

Our accommodation was full ocean views exceptional well appointed great parking. We noticed shower head needed replacing contacted reception and within 10min the maintenance man arrived and replaced the head, exceptional service, great location. We would recommend this accommodation, we stayed 3 nights.

Location is great. About a 10 min walk to Cavill mall.
3bdr apartment for 5 nights, 6 adults $5000. Beds were uncomfortable. Air-conditioning was ok but not great on a hot day, warnings about having it below 22 degrees as it is ducted. Our unit 2601 has doors to the balcony that did not open and close easily nor did they lock easily.
Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable.
Kitchen was not fully equipped, no cutting boards, thongs etc.
Car parking is a nightmare if you have a family car.
Elevators- felt like we waited at least 5 minutes Everytime we were in the carpark for the elevator to arrive.
We arrived outside of hours, checkin was easy enough. They hadn't given us enough towels, this was resolved the next morning but not great after a day of driving.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge and clean but a bit dated now. The air con worked well which we really needed in the summer heat. There was only 1 small tv in the lounge room and 2 small lounges. No tv’s in the bedrooms. View from our huge balcony on the 19th floor was sensational in all directions.

Nice unit . Just think it's pretty harsh wete to do all dishes and general cleaning it's a 4and half star. They should empty dishwasher. I've always put my dishes on just before leaving. Anyway other than that. Nice place
