Best reviews are on bookings .com. We had a discount deal and at that price we were generally satisfied. We were upgraded from the sunset view to the barn. Our wants and needs in our opinion were downgraded . Appeared we were the only guests|There are comments about the log fire , it was actually a gas log fire. Happy enough with the fire. Did not use the spa as we have a spa at home and also a wood heater however imagine both would appeal to a romantic night or two away. Had an issue with breakfast. No bacon ,no yogurt and out of date ham but there was sufficient for our need .Visited Yarra valley and other recommendations in the information brochure. All good. Dinner at the Olinda Pub night 1and the Indian restaurant night 2|There is sufficient cooking facilities to cook yourself. TV was difficult operate but were washed the Vic open and the cricket. Take your own connections and pass words if you are a TV person..|Sad lack of communication from the managers

I stayed here for two nights. Fabulous. Room clean bed comfortable. Surroundings beautiful, peaceful. Bonus provisions supplied in the fridge were a wonderful and appreciated surprise. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had an absolutely perfect stay for a long weekend in the Sunset Suite! The attic style room was cozy and spotless, with the most romantic views of Melbourne especially from the spa! We also loved the private balcony, the beautiful natural surroundings and lovely birds, so SO relaxing🥰. We can’t wait to come back! Awesome stay!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time with our family at Arnica Manor! The building is stunning, and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our child was so excited when arrived, experiencing a historic house for the first time! The view from the big windows was breathtaking! So peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth a return visit!!

We stayed two nights in The Manor with another couple. It was just what we were looking for for a weekend away in the Dandenongs. There was plenty of space for us both (though bear in mind the master room is also where the gas fireplace and lounge/TV is). It was quiet and warm (the ducted heating worked well - kicks in early in the morning - and there are other heaters for the night). There were breakfast things supplied - hot and cereals (though we had to be a bit creative - getting ham instead of bacon). Maybe bring your own bathroom supplies, as there was really only enough for 1 person (not 4). Worth a visit.

I arrived at the property earlier than the check in time but was pleasantly surprised to see that Sara had already prepared the room. She is the lovely lady who manages the cottages and does it for perfection. The room was absolutely lovely and clean. The amenities were great.
Since we needed an extra parking spot but couldn’t get one as the property was fully booked, she even gave a free pass to park at the Sky high.
A minor inconvenience was fixed promptly with satisfying results.
Had an amazing experience and would definitely come back.
