Highly recommend! Had a great stay. Short walk to both beach and town. Place was well priced and very comfortable. Manager Clare was really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately our stay had complications. We got a phone on our way down Friday night at 530 to say three had been a mix up wiith our booking the room had been double booked , but it was sorted and the other people had been found another accommodation. Then we got another phone call later with an appoligy incase any stress had been caued( as we had other accommodation booked months before but that had been canceled due to " renovations" not being completed. We finally got to our room we were n bed when at 930 a load knock on our door and people standing outside saying your in our room!! Called owner twice but no response.
Then hubby appeared and said " I don't get involved in this but I am now". He sorted rooms upstairs for the 3 new arrivals. An appoligy was given the next day.

Small but very comfortable and clean accommodation with all you need for a good night sleep and shower. Conveniently located close to all amenities.

We stayed in Unit 2 last weekend and we were very impressed. Sheree and John were welcoming and the unit was spotlessly clean and fresh. It has all the amenities you could wish for, and a large common area as well as two excellent bedrooms. It would be perfect for a family of about 6-8. Close to the shops and the beach. Also has a lovely private area outside with BBQ, seating and a table, so you feel as though you are really at home. We didn't use the pool, but it looks great and is in a separate private area.

Friendly owner.
Small room but that's what you expect for the price. A cudboard in the bathroom/toilet which was a small cudboard. Had a kettle, a couple glasses, a few tea bags and a small fridge that didn't stay cold or freeze the ice. We had to bring an early and buy ice to have a cold drink for the hot days we were there. Not alot to do around there but good if you are on the go all the time. Bed was comfortable and clean but too much starch in sheets is a problem for people with sensitive skin.

After an initial muck up caused by the previous owner not booking accommodation or booking meals ($200) at Jack Rabbit which were all paid for, the new owner, went out of his way to provide excellent accommodation complete with chocolates, and honour the Jack Rabbit out of his own pocket. He drove our children and partners to Jack Rabbit for their meal and picked them up. I thank him for his generosity. The kids had an amazing weekend. I could not recommend Arlingtons highly enough.

There are three accommodation options at Arlingtons and I was in the motel room. ||It was very small and expensive at the time and realised after I arrived that I would have been better at an actual motel. I needed a place to work and there was no table and chairs in the room.||I can see there is now new management so perhaps the price is more reasonable.|||On a positive note the room was clean and well maintained.

We stayed for just one night and the hosts Ash and Lee are fantastic. The single room is a tad small but it’s all we really needed. And it has its own outdoor deck anyway.
